Father went ahead to tell them the reasons for the meeting request, and when he was through with those, everyone consented to sending the letter of approval back to them.

"Your highness, we will take our leave, we hope we don't regret this meeting", Elder Lik says before he bowed to father, and the other elders followed suit; each Bowing before leaving, until they've all left.

I sighed before relaxing on my chair.

"I can see you're happy with the outcome of the meeting", Father smiled at me before his face turned serious, "I hope I don't regret what I did son".

" I don't understand father", I blink at him, " what do you mean by your words?".

" I fought for this meeting to take place because I saw how much you wanted it to take place. It wasn't That difficult to read from your expression", he smiled before flicking my nose.

" You won't regret it father", I vowed while, I will make sure of that.

" I hope so", he says before standing from his throne, " have a nice day with your brother", he smiled at Kwofo before leaving.

"Your father didn't think it odd you were praying for the meeting to take place?", Kwofo raised a brow,.

I shrug, "I don't think he suspects the union, bit he saw this", I showed Kwofo the necklace my mates gave to me.

"Did he see the details on this?", Kwofo widened his eyes on disbelief.

I nod, "he talked of the union which is expressed here only possible through marriage".
