CHAPTER 115
"Yes what took you so long?" Sue asked.
"Well after we found out who the person behind the spy is, we spent some time together" Eve said.
"Doing what?" Sue asked. Eve began to blush hard.
"No! Noo...! You don't mean you did that?!" Sue shouted covering her mouth in surprise.
"Ye...sss" Eve said in a low voice but her friends still heard it.
"No way! Eve! You are a bad girl!" Nars said. Both Sue and Nars began teasing her.
"Let's forget about that" Eve brushes off the topic.
"Yes, that's right! Who is the person behind the spy?" Sue remembered and asked.
Eve hesitates for a while before she answered "it was my cousin Adriana."
Sue and Nars were stupified to the extent they were left speechless for like a minute before both of them shouted together.
"What!"
"I thought that you were already done with them?" Nars asked.
"Yes I thought you dealt with them already?" Sue also asked.
"Yes I thought so. Now my uncle is out of prison andit seems they aren't done with me yet" Eve said and sighed.
"Your uncle is out of prison?!" Sue asked.
"Yes" Eve nodded her head.
"How? When?" Sue and Nars asked.
"Apparently, they made an appeal to court that my uncle should be released on bail. Their appeal was granted and he was let out yesterday" Eve said.
"Pfft... Like father, like daughter, they don't give up, do they?" Sue smirked after talking.
"Looks like they don't to me" Nars said.
"So what's the next step now? What do you and your husband plan on doing?" Sue asked.
"Charlie said that we should let in the secretaries on my schedule again and then he would monitor their movement and find out what they plan to do" Eve said.
"If we do that, won't it give more leverage to Candice to report to Adriana about your meetings and if that happens they would of course try to make our potential clients pull out and not do business with us" Sue said.
"Yes, that is exactly what Charlie wants" Eve said.
"Then how would we cope if we lose clients and potential investors?" Sue said.
"Charlie said he would take care of it and make sure we don't lose clients and our investors and I trust him, so don't worry" Eve said.
"Okay if you say so we won't worry" Nars said.
"Okay! Your schedule for today is really packed so we need to get to work" Sue said.
"Okay tell me an Nars will go and tell the secretaries about my schedule so the plan can commence" Eve said and Sue read Eve's schedule to her while Nars went to carry out the order he was told to.

Devan corporation restroom~~~~
Candice checked the whole stalls in the restroom to check if she is alone in the restroom and when she is sure that she was alone she called Adriana immediately to inform her about the new development in the company. The phone rang three times before it was answered.
"Hello" a voice sounded from the other side of the phone.
Candice noticed the tone from Adriana and could not bear but asked, "What is it?".
"Nothing. I am just tired from organizing the celebration for my dad's release from jail that is all" Adriana said.
"Okay. Well that is not why I called" Candice said.
"Then why did you call?" Adriana asked.
"I called to tell you that the secretaries are now allowed to know about Miss Eve's schedule, that's all" Candice said.
"Okay thanks for letting me know. Just keep watch and notify me if she has any potential clients I can steal from her" Adriana said.
"Okay I will do so big sis Adriana and congrats on the release of your dad" Candice said.
"Thanks. Now bye" Adriana said and ends the call even before Candice replied to her goodbye greeting.

Back in the Anderson's house~~~~
"What did your spy say?" George asked.
"She said that the secretaries now have access to her schedule" Adriana said.
"So that means you can now know who her clients are so you can steal the beneficial ones, right?" Sofia asked.
"Yes" Adriana said.
"Maybe she didn't find any evidence of treachery and I think by doing this her suspicions must have been gone by now" Adriana continued.
"Yes, I guess you are correct and by this we need to act fast before she starts to have suspicions again" George said.
"Yes dad" Adriana said.

JK corporation conference room~~~~~
There is serious tension in the conference room as Charlie is not satisfied with the report for that monthly quarter. He was still criticising and pointing out the errors in the reports when a phone rang.
Everyone"..." Who dared leave his or her phone on? The person would at least put it on vibration"
"Whose phone is ringing?" Charlie asked coldly.
Everyone is terrified as they look at each other waiting for the owner of the phone to surface.
"If the person whose phone that rang don't stand up now just know that each and every one of you sitting in this room salaries for this month will be deducted" Charlie said.
Everybody is now sweating buckets now.
Charlie was about to talk before he was interrupted by his secretary.
"Sir... it's your phone that's ringing" Dan said.
"Who is that?" Charlie asked.
Dan moved closer and placed the phone in front of Charlie and Charlie face suddenly calms down and a smile appears on his face.
Everyone "..."
"Redo this report again and present it to me tomorrow and make sure there are no mistakes... Meeting adjourned" Charlie said and stood up from his seat and left the conference room.
"What just happened?!"
"Did the boss just postpone a serious meeting?"
"The president is changing! That's unlike him!"
Charlie left the conference room not minding the expression on the faces of his employees.

"Hello" Charlie said as he picked the call when he was seated in his office.
"Hello Hun" Eve said.
"What's up?" Charlie asked Eve.
"Candice is on the move" Eve said. Just five words and Charlie understands what Eve meant.
"Okay I will get someone to investigate and follow her" Charlie said.
"Okay, I need to get back to work now, bye" Eve said.
"Bye" Charlie said. Immediately the call ends Charlie called Sazuki.
"Get someone to follow and investigate Candice Lee" Charlie said.
"Yes boss" Sazuki said and Charlie ends the call and focuses on his work.
