Regrets

Anthony's pov

When I got to the hospital ,I met Mom and Dad in Linda's room.i looked at mom and saw that she was stressed out.i looked at Linda and saw that she was sleeping

"What happened?".I asked in a calm voice .

Mom angrily stood up from the seat and walked up to me and gave me an angry look

"If you think the baby is dead ,then I'm sorry to disappoint you ."the baby is healthy and safe ".mom spoke up with so much anger in her voice .

"What are you saying mom,"how can you think I will wish death upon my unborn child".I asked in anger.

Dad walked up to me and tap my shoulder

"Calm down son".I stare at him before moving away from them and sat by the chair close to Linda

"What happened?".I looked at her while asking no one in particular.

"She fell down the stairs while waiting for you at home ".mom replied back in anger 

"Waiting for me ?".I asked in shock .

"Yes she was home last night waiting for you ".

"Why would she be waiting for me at home ".

Dad hissed and walk up to me .

"Your driver told us he dropped you at a bar last night .we tried calling you but you weren't picking up.we went to the bar but couldn't find you .that was when we called Linda ".he replied back 

"And?".I asked 

"Linda refused to go home and decided to wait for you at the stairs,she was really worried for you ".mom spoke up in anger 

"I'm not a kid mom",.I replied back in anger 

"You are not a kid but your action just  put your unborn child and mother in danger ".mom shouted 

"How is it my fault".I shouted 

"If you had picked your calls or stay off Olivia this wouldn't have happened"

"Keep Olivia out of this ".I shouted 

"Why should I,when I knew you were with her last night ".mom shouted

"Who I was with has nothing to do with what happened to Linda,she was careless and wasn't mindful"

"Watch your words .mom spoke in anger 

"Stop it ".dad finally spoke up.

I hissed and stood up from the chair 

"And where are you going".mom asked 

"Do see the doctor".,I replied back while leaving the room.

I met the doctor and he told me it wasn't something serious.i thanked him and went back to the room.when I got back to the room I saw Linda has already woken up and was talking to mom. She really has mom rap around her fingers.i hissed and stood besides Linda

"You are back ".she smilled at me 

"What drama are you putting up this time",.I asked in anger .she just stare at me and looked away .mom gave me an angry look before she left the room with dad.

"You were with that whore last night right".she spoke up as soon as mom and dad left the room 

"Don't you dare talk about her in that manner",I shouted in anger .

"You should know who is carrying your baby and you should know what I can do ".she said those words as threat

"Are you threating me with this child".I asked in anger 

"Take it the way you see it , remember our deal,you have two months to get married to me or else you won't see this child ever in your life "

I hissed in anger and ran my hand in my head 

"I curse the day I met you ".I told her truthfully

She gave me a devilish smile before looking away .

I moved away from her and stood by the door.

"I will start seeing the doctor next week and you have to be there with me "

I ignored her and let the room.when I got outside the room I met Mom and Dad standing by the door 

"Is everything alright?".dad asked with a concerned voice 

"Yes ,I just need to go home ".I replied dad while walking away .

I left the hospital and went home .when I got home I met aunt penny who gave me a worried look 

"Are you okay ?".she asked 

"I'm fine,I just need to be left alone".I replied  her and went inside my room.

When I got to my room I hissed in relief and sat on my bed.today was supposed to be one of the memorable day of my life but things has to go this way.

Linda's words kept ringing in my head and I felt fear all over my body .I can't let her take my unborn child with her and she knows I'm helpless and can't do anything until the child is born.i hissed and lay on my bed .

I have just one option and that is to marry Linda and divorce her once the baby is born. But how do I explain this to olivia.
