Chapter 122

 Why can't you see peter?" I asked Athena again, and Kailani came to our rescue. They were all looking around like Confused people, " they can't see me" Peter's ghost said again, I almost entered the wall.

      " Reth calm down, let me call ares" athena said then disappeared from our midst, she went to call ares, " heye calm down ares will soon be here" kailani said then sat down close to me.

     Peter's ghost kept staring at me, with a sheepish smile on his face, he hasn't said a word ever since, in no time ares came with Athena by his side, " what are the problems?" Ares asked, he noticed the so-called ghost before me.

   " It's your imagination" ares said, then went back I was left Speechless that's no way of explaining anything to anyone, how can my imagination come to life, " I am our imagination" peters ghost said 

     " If you are my imagination how do you have your free will?" I asked again, Peter's ghost smiled then stretched his hands to lift me up from the cold floor, " because you want me to" he said again, this is just the replica of Peter back home.

    Same voice, same character, sane body, "you like what you see?" He asked again then pulled me to his body, he hugged me tightly, I felt the same way I usually feel when peter hugs me, I didn't want to leave his embrace,but I had to because this is too real to be true.

         " Enjoy your time my love" Peter said then patted my head, " Reth are you ok,?" Athena asked as she pulled me out of Peter's embrace, finally the bond had been broken, " so you can't see what I am seeing?" I asked the two goddesses by my side.

      " No, you are hugging an I invisible person" kailani said, I sighed in disbelief, but I know what I am seeing, I looked at peter then at kailani and athena, they are all souls they can see each other, back in Artemis land I could see my late father.

    Does this mean that Peter is dead as well?, " I have no idea, but I just a mere figure of your imagination" Peter said, I kept staring at him in a weird way, " Athena, I think Reth has home fever" kailani said, I glared at both of them.

     " I don't have home fever, I know what I am seeing" I said again, they just nodded I know they weren't convinced, at all but I can't think of a peter way to prove it to them, than to show them," peter can you pick up that stone and throw it over there" I said to peter.

     Without hesitation he took the stone and threw it in the specific direction. Athena and Kailani were shocked, I might be homesick but I am not depressed to the extent of hallucinating. I guess I had a braver heart as the day went by.

    " Well, how is peter like" Athena asked, I have finally proven it to them that I am not mad, " well like the peter you know, but this time just visible to me" I said, back home Athena and kailani wouldn't let me have my blissful moment with Peter.

    No they can't see him, it's just me and him in our own little world, " wow, Reth that's painful" Athena said, I knew she was being sarcastic, but I didn't mind. I guess this is my present for being here, this is a worthwhile reward.

        Time to enjoy my stay, I grabbed peter by the older, it was like old time, " hey babe slow down" he said, in a giggle, if only he knew how much I miss him, I haven't had the moment I crave to have with him ever since Iwas sent to the asylums.

      I won't let this opportunity pass me, I want to know what we will look like when we are older ever since I knew What the crystals could do,I have always imagined what I will look like growing old by Peter's side.

     " We will look perfect," Peter said, I expected him to be a mind reader. " I am your mind." He said again, I ignored him, it makes no sense to me now, all I want to see is how he would look when he is older.

     We got to that part of the cave where the crystals were located, luckily it was still there unlike the river in the land of Artemis. I hope these crystals don't feel neglected. I stood before the mirror with Peter by my side.

      We were staring at the older version of ourselves, it was a perfect family picture, he held my waist as he stood behind me, I rested my head on his chest, this is the advantage of having someone that is taller than you, as a partner there's always a feeling that comes with it..

      " We look happy together," he said, then placed a kiss on my cheek. I missed those kisses, I held his hands firmly, " I love you" I said in a mere whisper I knew he heard because he held me firmly.

     " I love you more" he replied, I can't be more happier this is the best gift I have ever received, I closed my eyes, as I savored the pleasure and sensation that I longed for, for decade's,I always dream of being in his embrace ones all this is over 

     " I am here for you my love" he said, a mere whisper made my heart skip, '' comes let's go explore the cave" Athena said, i opened my eyes wide, "this I no time for adventure, I want to spend more time with Peter", I said firmly.

     " Ok, bye" she said then she was gone, peter smiled, this is just perfect back at home I always wish he could see Athena and kailani, so I won't have to cover them up, but now we are all one, we have the time to spend with each other.
