PROTECTIVE EARRINGS (SAPPHIRE)

"I am a special being." she replied.

They both arrived at home.

"Let's go now." Medusa said, locking the door, when Lucinda started holding her head with her eyebrows lowered and pulled together.

"Lucinda, what’s wrong?" Medusa asked, trying to hold Lucinda, and she gave her a wait signal with her hand.

"My darling wife, this human is very dangerous. He identifies demons within seconds." Lucifer said, with a deep voice inside Lucinda’s head.

"So what do you want me to do, husband?" she asked

"Come back to hell, I have something to give you, that won’t make him see that you are a demon just by looking at you." he stated.

"Okay, I am on my way." she said, leaving her head.

"I was just communicating with my husband just now. He asked me to go to him." Lucinda said.

"But why? What’s wrong?" Medusa asked, raising her brow.

"He has something to give me that won’t make the human discover that am a demon in disguise." she replied 

"Okay, go, but I will go with you." Medusa said, trying to bring out her wings.

"No, I will go alone, I will be quick." Lucinda said and descended into the walls of the house, falling down the building and into the ground. She flew into hell and landed on Lucifer’s throne, making the ground break as she landed on the ground.

"You are here so fast, that was a great speed, you even devoured the ground, you must be serious about this mission." Lucifer teased

She hugged him and kissed him on the cheek.

"I missed you." she stated.

"Stop flattering me, you are only gone for a day." he said.

"So where is the thing you want to give me, I need to go find the human, Medusa is waiting for me." she said.

"You will go now, that’s not a problem, but instead I will tell you where the human is myself." he stated.

"You know where he is, right?" Lucinda beamed.

"Excuse me, I am the king of the underworld." he said, and she smiled.

He lifted his hand and three demons come out of the ground, carrying a red coffin.

"Open it." he commanded, and they opened it.

In the coffin, there are two shinny pairs of deep blue earrings.

"Take it and wear it, as long as you have this on around him, he won’t discover your true self." he stated."

Lucinda leaned forward and took the earring from the coffin, and a hole appeared in her ear lobe, so she wore it.

"It looks beautiful on you, dear wife." he said, brushing her hair to get a clear view of the earrings.

"You may go now, I will send a demon to drive you there." Lucifer said, waving his hand. Lucinda disappeared back in front of Medusa.

"How did you do that?" Medusa asked with her brow furrowed. 

"I didn’t teleport here on my own; it’s my husband’s doing." she replied.

"So where is the thing he gave you?" Medusa asked

"It’s these earrings." Lucinda said, pointing at the earring.

"It is a sapphire, it's glowing, since you have something to protect yourself from the human, I will just escort you halfway." Medusa stated.

"Okay, I can do it on my own. I am fearless." Lucinda said, lifting her head high.
