Replacement

"She will report anything Lucinda is trying to do to us and also won’t be able to walk in the sun again. That will be her flaw since she disobeyed me and she will never, under any circumstance, tell Lucinda about what happened here." He said, and Medusa gulped with blood coming out of her mouth and hitting the ground.

"Please, please, please remove the sunburn thing," she begged.

"Shut up! What gives you the right to tell me what to do?" Lucifer inquired, with his voice echoing.

"Take her to the dungeon. She will go home tomorrow." He said, backing her and she struggle with them and they let her go. She landed on her face on the floor and tried to crawl to Lucifer, Lucifer turned to look at her on the floor and crushed her hand hard on the floor with his leg. She grunted in pain.

"Take her away!! He repeated in a cold tone, and they held her legs and dragged her with them.

                                                               Lucifer’s point of view

She has been on earth with Lucinda for just a few weeks now and she is already being loyal to Lucinda and not me, I wonder what Lucinda did to her that made her this loyal and humble. Maybe I shouldn’t have allowed Medusa to go with Lucinda because they are both attached to each other, I should send another female demon to Lucinda to take the place of Medusa.

Author's POV

The present day.

Lucinda walked into the bathroom and took her bath. She walked out of the bathroom with a blue towel tied around her chest. She walked to the mirror and sat on the chair in front of the mirror. "Where were you and can’t you knock." Lucinda said authoritatively.

"Sorry my queen I went to see Hudson." she replied

"Didn’t you tell me he was out of town on a business trip?" Lucinda asked, raising eyebrows in question.

"He-he is back," she stuttered, and Lucinda felt something was strange.

"Why do I get the feeling that you didn’t sleep here last night." Lucinda stated, looking at her.

"Stop being silly, I was here the whole day." She replied by going to Lucinda in the mirror.

"Okay, if you say so." Lucinda grinned and Medusa took the comb from her back and started combing her hair without looking at her in the mirror. Lucinda noticed it.

"Is something wrong? Medusa, did you and Hudson have a fight?" She asked.

"No we didn’t." Medusa said, looking at the mirror.

"You look beautiful, my queen." she beamed.

"Thanks, you tell me every day."

"Seriously?" Medusa inquired.

"Why are you asking you are acting weird?" Lucinda said, and she finished combing her hair.

"Order food for me while I put on my clothes." Lucinda said
