Looking for Queen Luna

She arrived on her floor and walked out of the elevator. She opened the door of the office and saw Ralph standing close to the door with his mother. Lucinda gulped.

"What is she doing here?" Lucinda asked herself and walked into the office when Ralph and his mum looked at her.

"Good morning." Lucinda greeted, bowing her head.

"Morning, you are welcome, Ralph who is this damsel?" she inquired.

"She is my assistant," Ralph said.

"Aren’t you going to introduce us?" She added.

"Lucinda, meet my mum, Mrs Silver." Ralph said

 Mrs Silver extended her hand to Lucinda, and Lucinda grabbed her hand and shook it continuously.

"I must say you are beautiful." Mrs. Silver complimented Lucinda, making her blush.

"Thanks, I get that a lot." Lucinda beamed.

"I am glad I could tell you, so what are you two up to?" Mrs Silver asked, turning to Ralph.

"Mum, I thought you were just leaving we have a lot to do." Ralph whined.

"Are you chasing me away? Aren’t you happy that I am here?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I am happy." He muttered.

"Anyway, Lucy, I have to go see you another time." She said, walking out of the room. For some reason, Lucinda felt a strange connection with the woman and didn’t want her to leave. Lucinda watched her walk out of the room, as her eyes followed her every move. And Ralph noticed it and snapped his fingers in her face, bringing her back to reality.

"Why are you drooling over my mum? Is she too beautiful?" he asked teasily. But Lucinda didn’t reply. And she spotted the bag of meat on his table.

"I need to go and feed Deacon." She said and took the bag from the table. And started walking outside, she strive to fall when he caught her in his arms, staring into her eyes, and she balanced on her feet immediately.

"Becareful." He said, walking towards his desk.

"Thank you for breaking my fall," she beamed, and walked out of the office.

Lucinda’s POV

For some strange reason, I felt some kind of connection with that woman, and she has my kind of hair, is it a mere coincidence? I held the bag tightly and slid down the rope to Deacon’s cage. I jumped across the lava and walked towards the gate and knocked on it. I started hearing noises, i waited and He flew out and landed in front of me. I put the bag of food in front of him and he wanted to talk when I felt someone touch me from behind.

"Ahh!" I turned to look at the person and it was Ralph.

"You scared me." I whined, and he gave me a toothy smile.

"Why are you here?" I asked bluntly.

"We need to go look for her now, I found her house address, we can’t give her a chance to escape." He said, extending his hand to me, and I took it. Feeling a tingling sensation in his hand, and he held my waist
