Don't try to kill her.

"I am just your normal workaholic and a lot has happened over the years, Mr Abel was murdered and I have a new assistant now." Ralph muttered to the woman, who opened her eyes wide in surprise.

"Who killed Mr Abel, or was it an illness?" she asked bluntly.

"No, it wasn’t an illness, he was brutally murdered by someone I don’t know and so was my other employee weeks ago." Ralph added.

"Do you think all this is a big conspiracy? As much as I support you in doing your job, I think it’s very risky," she added.

"You know, I can defend myself, mum, so it’s not a big deal after all." He muttered.

"Enough of the chit chat, let’s go eat." She commanded, carrying two plates of food in her hand, and Ralph grabbed the spoon from the top of the counter and followed her.

So this means she is his mum, but why did he lie to me that he was going to meet his girlfriend? I just came here for nothing. I didn’t even know he had a mum, I thought he was an orphan. I guess I was wrong.

How I wish I  also had a human mum, I would have been over the moon. I said and tried to walk out of the kitchen when I found myself in hell, kneeling before my husband.

I was not invisible anymore. What does he want from me now? I muttered as he walked towards me with his trident.

I got up on my feet and looked at him with my head up high.

"What were you doing in that human house?" he ask in a rumbling voice. Is he jealous or angry?

"I wanted to confirm something." I muttered, avoiding his gaze.

"I found out you now know about Queen Luna." He beamed and I opened my eyes wide in surprise, so I was the only one who didn’t know about Queen Luna.

"Yes I do, I found out from Ralph." I replied, looking into his eyes.

"I want to tell you, no matter what you do, don’t ever try to kill her; she is your back up." He said, walking to his throne.

I followed him and sat close to him.

"What do you mean by back up and why didn’t you tell me about her sooner." I grinned angrily. He just does things behind my back. I feel like his puppet sometimes.

"She is the one I put behind you to kill Ralph if you can’t." he stated coldly.

"So you appointed her behind my back, I feel like you don’t trust me." I said, folding my hands and glaring at him, what does he take me for a fool or what? He just does as he pleases.

"It wasn’t my intention to tell you about her, but since she has crossed the line and you have found out about her, don’t ever try to kill her." He declared.

"But she tried to kill me, what do you want to say about that?" I asked with my eyebrows slightly raised.
