The real boss

"For as long as I can remember, I know you don’t sleep too much." She muttered.

"I don’t sleep that much, but I was really tired from the whole business trip." Lucinda flexed her muscles.

"Eat up and go to work, I have to go and explore and maybe I can see my daughter." She said.

Lucinda didn’t pay attention to her.

"Yea, whatever." Lucinda scoffed and started eating in haste.

Lucinda finished eating and started walking out of the house. She walked out the main door towards the gate and paused.

"Wait, I am Ralph that means I can teleport." She whined and disappeared into the office.

"He is not here yet." She whined and went to sit at Ralph's desk with her legs crossed. His phone started ringing. She stood up from the chair.

"Where could that noise be coming from?" She said and stood up, tracing where the sound was coming from. She used her x-ray vision to scan the place and spotted the phone in the closet. She walked to the closet and entered it. And a pile of clothes fell on her head.

She panicked and fell on the floor.

"Arrgh." She grinned, removing the clothes from her face.

"He doesn’t even arrange this place." She whined and stood up on her feet. She pushed the clothes on the floor with her leg and spotted the phone in one of his trousers. She took it and walked out of the closet just as Ralph walked into the office and their eyes met.

"What were you doing in there?" he asked, starring at her.

"I was getting my phone." She replied.

"You mean my phone." He said and snatched it from her.

"Where is mine?" she asked, extending her hand to him, and he put his hand in his bag and handed her the phone.

"Lucinda, is your sister always strict?" Ralph asked bluntly, and Lucinda opened her eyes wide in surprise. She had forgotten to tell Medusa about what was happening.

"What did she do to you?" Lucinda asks curiously.

"She was a meany. She kept scolding me when she first saw me, you are really trying." He praised walking to his desk.

"You can’t sit there." Lucinda stated, and he turned to look at her.

"Why?" he asked, with his mouth hanging loosely.

"Because I am you." She muttered and he screwed up his face and walked to his desk. He carried his laptop and walked to her desk.

"Come and take this."  He declared referring to her laptop.

Lucinda rolled her eyes and carried it from his desk and put it on his desk, starring at him as he arranged his laptop on his desk and his phone started ringing again.

"Hello!" He said.

"Can you give it to your boss? It’s important." The caller stated, and he sighed.

"Lucinda!" he called, putting his phone away.

"What!!"

"Come, you need to take this call for me." He said.

She walked majestically over to him.
