"I know it is you, my wife, why are you afraid of me?" he asked softly, and she turned to look at him. Her eyes were sparkling with joy as she ran towards him. She wanted to hug him when he froze her to the spot. The ice was all over her body except her head. He walked closer to her and turned around.
"I don’t want to beat around the bush anymore." He stated and levitated to the desk where Ralph was sleeping and sat on top of his stomach.
"Stop, you will hurt him." Lucinda pleaded.
"Why do you care if I hurt him? And besides, he is not himself anymore; he is you, which makes me angry." He stated with a rumbling voice, and the wind started blowing again.
"You can still set things right, you can still swap our bodies back." She declared.
"Can I?" he inquired, his brow furrowed.
"What do you mean by that? Don’t you want to free me?" she asked bluntly.
"Hmm." He stood up from Ralph's body and lifted his trident, blasting the ice off her body.
"Why is Ralph unconscious?" Lucinda inquired.
"I made him so I could get you here." He stated.
"How did you do that?" she asked.
"Even though you are not in your body, I still have full control over your body." He declared.
Lucinda didn’t know what to say. She just opened her eyes wide in surprise.
"We are bonded together, remember?" he asked bluntly.
"So can you swap us back?" she asked.
"Let me see." He stated as he levitated Ralph in the air with his trident, striking both of them with lightning.
Lucinda was yelling as the fire was burning her so badly that they both fell to the ground.
He walked to them.
"Stand up." He commanded.
Lucinda managed to stand on her feet and look at her hand.
"Fuck! I am still Ralph." She lamented.
"Hmm, that means Queen Luna is the only one that can reverse her spell." He stated.
"Then summon her." Lucinda stated, with her head held high.
"I am not going to do that." He replied, backing her, and his trident disappeared from his hand.
"Why?" she asked.
"I will ask her to reverse the spell when I want, this is your punishment for disobeying me." He stated, and Lucinda smirked. He turned to look at her immediately, and she frowned.
"Did you just smile?" he asked, glaring at her.
"No." she replied confidently.
"I nearly thought you are happy being him considering that you like teleporting," he stated and she coughs, averting her gaze from his.
"See, I want to tell you to grab this opportunity to gain his heart and when Queen Luna reverses the spell, you will have the upper hand and stab him. Is that clear?" He asked.
"Yes." Lucinda grinned.
"This time I don’t want to hear any excuses for not killing him, I am tired of giving you a mission that you cannot carry out." He stated she looked down with her eyebrows lowered and pulled together.
