Trying to save Medusa 2

"Send them back to earth, I have other things to take care of." Lucifer declared, and Queen Luna blasted the two of them.

They both landed in front of their building. Everyone around them started running the moment they saw them.

Lucinda got up on her feet and helped Medusa off the ground.

"I am fine, I just need some rest." Medusa assured.

"I know, I will take you inside." Lucinda replied.

They both entered the elevator. Medusa smiled widely at Lucinda.

"What?" Lucinda inquired.

"I am just too touched by the way you acted back there, you are so brave, I admire you for that." Medusa beamed.

"I don’t know what came over me, I just couldn’t let him kill you, I know how much I missed you when I was living with that fake Medusa. She was a scumbag." Lucinda added.

"I missed you a lot, I was tortured back there, your husband even planned to make me partically a vampire. He wanted to make me burn under the sun." She added.

"The only problem we have now is your wings, will they ever grow back?" Lucinda inquired.

"I don’t know, this has never happened to any demon. I am the first."

"Don’t worry, I will look for a solution, now I need to oh…fuck." Lucinda cursed.

"What the matter my queen?" Medusa asked, staring weirdly at her.

"I forgot about Ralph he must be waiting for me, I have to go now." Lucinda stated, and closed her eyes.

"What about….." Medusa didn’t complete her sentence when Lucinda disappeared.

Ralph was sitting on a bench in front of the gym waiting for Lucinda. The bouncer that was standing in front of the gym was looking at him with side eyes as he started operating his phone.

The bouncer walked over to Ralph. Ralph stood up immediately.

"How may I help you?" Ralph inquired.

"If you are not here for the gym, you have to leave, I can’t let you use our WiFi for free." The bouncer stated.

"But I am not using it for free, I am going to start coming here to the gym. I am just waiting for someone." Ralph protested.

"If the person doesn’t come within five minutes, you will have to leave." He declared.

"No problem." Ralph grinned. He sat down on the bench.

Lucinda teleported behind a car that was facing the gym.  She looked at her face in the mirror of the car and used her hand to wipe away the dust that was on her face.

She started walking towards Ralph, as he was glued to his phone.

"Hey!" she called.

"Hey! Where did you go?" he asked with a frown.

Lucinda scratched her head for some reason. She didn't have an excuse to give.

"I went to…" he cuts in.

"I don’t want to hear another well-planned lie. We need to go and register the bouncer already promise to kick me out." Ralph declared.

"Okay, let’s go." Lucinda muttered.

They both walked into the gym and walked to the registration area.
