"I know I was trying to protect them, I had no choice they wanted to help. We saved a lot of lives, so it doesn't matter if we lose a few people." She muttered.
"A few people, you mean a hundred." He corrected.
"Yea, whatever." She muttered, rolling her eyes.
"So why are you here?" He asked in a deep voice, which sent shivers down her spine.
"I want to ask you about....he cut in.
"Ralph, I know that's the only thing that brought you here." He stated, she gulped, avoiding his gaze.
"Yes, you got me." She mumbled.
"I thought we had talked about this before. you can't keep staying on Earth, I have taken care of him." He declared.
"What do you mean by that? What have you done to him?" She asked bluntly. He chuckled as he took a sip of his drink.
"That's none of your business, your job on Earth is done." He declared. She screwed up her face and looked up at him.
"How can you say that? I still haven't gone back to my body yet." She snarled.
"I told you to forget about it, didn't I?" He asked, raising his voice, which echoed.
"How can I forget about it? I want my body back. I need it. I missed it." She muttered and burst into tears.
"Stop crying, I hate seeing you getting weak in his body." He stated.
She wiped her eyes with the back of her palm and looked up at him, staring into his eyes, which turned grey.
"What do you want me to do?" he inquired.
"Look for a way to end this." She muttered.
"I give you my word that I will look for a way to put an end to this, I will summon all my magicians tomorrow." He assured.
"Why tomorrow? Why not now?" She asked bluntly.
"Who are you to question me?" He asked, raising his voice. She didn't want to get him angry, so he wouldn't change his mind.
"It's okay tomorrow then." She stated turning to go.
"Wait! Let me introduce someone to you." He declared at the snap of his fingers.
Luis appeared in front of Lucinda. She stepped back as she looked at him from top to bottom. He smirked, staring at her.
He bowed slightly at her.
"We meet again, my queen." He beamed.
"I believe you have both met, he is my most trusted servant." Lucifer stated.
"You mean assistant?" She mumbled.
"Assistant? Where did you hear that?" Lucifer inquired.
"Was I loud?" She asked.
"Anyway, nice to meet you." She added.
"And you too." He grinned.
"Where were you all this time? I don't remember seeing you around since I was born." She muttered, stroking her chin.
"He is my number one warrior, he doesn't stay in one place, I have a task for him. That's why he is available." Lucifer muttered. Lucinda was trying her best not to think, so he couldn't read her mind.
"No wonder you are a very scarce person," she remarked.
Will Lucinda resist the temptation to ask him about Ralph?
