Insult

His eyes were burning with lightning.

"I-i am sorry." She apologized.

"So what do you want me to do? Just forgive you?" He asked.

"But I am me again." She muttered as she ran into his arms and hugged him, staring into his eyes, which turned back to normal.

He sighed 

"Alright, I have forgiven you, the only thing that is making me say this freely is because I didn't watch the two of you." He stated.

"That's a good thing." Lucinda muttered. She thought for a second that he knew everything that she had willingly slept with Ralph. 

She let go of him.

"So what should I do now?" She asked bluntly.

"You don't need to do anything, just go and kill that human." He declared.

"And this time I'm giving you two weeks to complete the task." He stated she swallowed saliva.

"My king, I know she can't do it why don't you assign the job to me?" Luis inquired,

"She will do it, I trust her." Lucifer beamed, tapping her shoulder. 

"I will do it, I just need time." Lucinda muttered.

"Time? I hate hearing that word, remember that I am your side kick. I can still kill him for you if you don't." Queen Luna grinned, clenching her fists.

"I know you don't need to remind me." Lucinda stated, glaring at her.

"I will be traveling to see a friend tomorrow, I won't be available for a week. Luis will run things here."

Lucifer declared, throwing his trident to Luis, who caught it. 

"It's quite heavy." Luis stated 

Lucifer turned to look at Lucinda.

"You can go now." He stated, raising his hand to dismiss her.

"Wait! I wanted to ask you something." Lucinda muttered.

"What is that?" He asked. 

"Can you turn Medusa into a human permanently so she can get married to her human boyfriend?" Lucinda asked bluntly.

Their jaws dropped.

"How can you ask me to do such a thing? We all know Medusa belongs to you. She is your servant and your handmaid." Lucifer stated.

"Why do you want to give her so much freedom?" Queen Luna cut in.

"It's not freedom, I want her to be happy. She deserves the best, so can you turn her into a human for me?" Lucinda inquired, battling her lashes.

"I can't she is one of the strongest and bravest demons. She is a great sidekick. You shouldn't let her have a dream. She has no right to have a dream." Lucifer he declared in a rumbling tone.

"But she is a person, and she also has the right to dream." Lucinda stated.

Queen Luna walked over to her and put her hand on her shoulder.

"Servants don't have the right to dream, their work is to serve you all the days of their life." Queen Luna stated.

"Who told you she was a servant? To me she is someone very close to my heart. She is like the sister I never had." Lucinda muttered. 

"This is one of the things I was talking about, you shouldn't be so close to a servant." Lucifer stated.
