New enemy

And at the same time, grateful that he is safe.

She pulled away from the hug and smiled widely at him.

"You are okay." She muttered, touching him.

"Yes I am. Where did you go?" He asked.

"It's a long story, but the bomb exploded. Why is the company still standing?" She inquired.

"It did explode, but not here, I found it and took it somewhere far away." He beamed. She kissed him on the cheek.

"You did well." She remarked.

"It was really hard to look for it. I had already given up when I found it." He muttered.

"I am glad you did now. We are safe, but I don't think we are still out of danger." She muttered

"Why do you say that?" He asked flatly.

"Because I was chasing the one that planted the bomb, trying to get him to tell me the location of the bomb so I could tell you, but you didn't pick up my call." She complained.

"That explains the missed calls, I couldn't hear them because I was in search of the bomb. I couldn't hear my phone ringing." He replied.

"He is dead, before he died, he told me that the person I killed on the battlefield was the one taking revenge." Lucinda muttered.

"So you killed someone on the battlefield?" He inquired.

"I don't really remember. I killed a lot of people that day." She replied.

"Congratulations, now we have a new enemy, I thought Queen Luna's chapter was closed, but that doesn't mean I will leave her alone. I will still get my revenge on her." He stated bluntly.

"I don't support that." Lucinda muttered, rolling her eyes as she started walking back into the company.

"Hey! Wait up, why don't you?" He asked running after her.

......

Medusa ran to the bridge, looking around as different cars started passing the bridge driving at great speed that she had to put her hand above her head to be able to see.

She sighted Hudson standing at the other end of the bridge as he stood at the narrow end.

Looking into the water. Her heart was beating rapidly, trying to get out of her chest as she tried to cross the road to the other side, but it was too risky as the cars didn't want to stop for anyone.

"Hudson, don't kill yourself!!" She yelled at the top of her lungs as she ran into the busy road, running over to him, and nearly got hit by a car.

She was about to fall when he caught her in his arms, staring into her eyes. He frowned and let go of her as she stood on her feet.

"So you care about me now?" He snarled as she tried to touch his face and withdrew.

"What are you saying? Why wouldn't I care about you?" She asked,

"You don't because if you did you wouldn't have refused to get married to me at the last moment. We are supposed to be at the mall now shopping for our clothes, but you just have to ruin it." He snapped, trying to stand at the extreme end once more.
