Ralph got up from the ground with a throbbing headache and saw Lucinda sleeping on the couch beside him.
"What am I still doing here?" He muttered, looking around when Hudson and Medusa walked out of the kitchen with a tray of food.
"Oh, you are awake." Medusa remarked, staring at Ralph.
"What happened to me? All I remember was that I wanted to take Lucinda to the hospital." Ralph stated.
"You fainted. You don't need to worry about Lucinda. She is in good condition now. I called a private doctor to check up on her." Medusa beamed.
"When?" Hudson inquired.
Medusa looked at him and rolled her eyes at him, and he understood that he needed to support her, although he didn't know why she was lying.
"Oh yes, we called a doctor." Hudson replied.
Medusa drew out the table and arranged the food on it.
"Wake up Lucinda so she can eat with us." Medusa stated, staring at Ralph, who got up from the ground and started tapping Lucinda on the face.
She opened her beautiful set of eyes and stared at him.
She sat up on the couch.
"What happened?" She asked.
"You fainted, come and join..." Medusa couldn't complete her sentence when Lucinda dragged the table in front of her and grabbed a chicken foot and started eating it.
"You will never change." Medusa muttered and joined Lucinda on the couch and started eating the food with her, so did Hudson.
Ralph was about to join them when his phone started ringing.
It was a call from Mr Maxwell. Ralph smirked and picked up the phone as he strolled out of the house.
"Where is he going?" Lucinda asked, with her mouth filled with food.
"Eat your food. I don't think he is going, he just want to receive his call." Medusa replied.
"Where are you?" Mr Maxwell inquired.
"I am nowhere." Ralph replied.
"What do you mean nowhere? Why didn't you stick to the plan?" Mr Maxwell ranted.
"If I stuck to your plan, I would have been dead by now. Who do you think I am, Superman?" Ralph inquired.
"You aren't, but you managed to steal the fountain somehow. That's all that matters." Mr Maxwell replied.
Ralph wanted to talk, and he cut in.
"When will you be bringing the statue?" Mr Maxwell inquired.
Ralph chuckled.
"That's the problem. Considering the way I got the statue, I don't think I would be able to release it." Ralph replied.
"What are you saying?" Mr. Maxwell asked in a shaky voice.
"It is mine now, if you want to get it back, you will have to pay a ransom." Ralph declared, although he just wanted to use it to torture Mr Maxwell.
"What do you mean by ransom? Are you kidding me? I own that statue." Mr Maxwell declared.
"You mean you stole it?" Ralph corrected.
"I don't know what you are saying, but I will track you down." Mr Maxwell threatened, looking at his goons by his side who were trying to know where Ralph was calling from.
