Javier waited in his car, being as alert as he could possibly be. Should he go in?. He thought inwardly, but quickly thought against it. If at all it was a trap to get him, then he would be walking voluntarily into the enemy's trap and that was the dumbest thing to do
He was still engrossed in his thought when a being appeared in his car. Adrenaline coursed through his vein as he tried to act but he discovered that it was Lawson and he immediately backed off
"Next time give me a heads up. I almost snapped your head off" Javier said addressing Lawson and the way he startled him. "Where is the girl?" He asked again.
"Behind you" Lawson noted, pointing his index finger to the back and Javier turned swiftly. "She is kind of weak so she passed out along the way.
Javier took time to access her. He couldn't recognise her for a split second and he even thought Lawson had the wrong girl but after a long assessment, he got to realise that it was Fay
"She is in a really bad state" Javier remarked as he looked back at Lawson
"Yes Lagatha was bound on making her pay for her mother's sin. Pathetic"
"You speak like she is not your blood" Javier spoke, stating the obvious. "Why did you do this?"
"Do what?"
"Help me"
"because it was the right thing to do"
"Who would have ever thought that a cartel would see the path to truth" Javier said with a little smirk on his face
"Is that your way of saying thank you?"
"Yes it is" Javier said and Lawson snickered
"Anyways. Bye for now. Remember, we never met at that bar" Lawson said and Javier reassured him with a slight nod. Lawson took one glance at Fay before he finally disappeared, leaving Javier and Fay alone in the car
"Fay?"Javier called out, hoping to get a reply but he got none. He dismantled his seatbelt, got down from his car and opened the back door. He needed to be sure that she wasn't dead, he couldn't bring Hattie her dead sister, that would be so heart breaking
He accessed her, by placing his head on it chest. When he confirmed that she was still alive, he got back to his seat and drove off.
Finally, part of his problem was done for and he would forever be grateful to Lawson for his act of nobility. The only thing on his mind was Agatha and her chances of coming back to life. She might even be walking the face of the earth as a living person and that was Javier feared the most. If at all she had finally gotten herself fully resusitated, the only way out, is to think of a possible solution to cast her back in to hell and that would be hard to do, considering how powerful she is.

Fay blinked rapidly, opening her eyes slowly. The light that the room emitted made her squint, hindering the excess light that came in. She looked around and she couldn't make out where she was. Everywhere was blurry but she was sure that this wasn't her cell.
"Oh my God, Fay you are awake" a figure in front of her said. She blinked rapidly to get the dizziness off her eyes, then she finally could see. The moment she saw Hattie, joy crept into her heart. She smiled at her but immediately winced as a result of her busted lips.
"How are you feeling?" Hattie asked with the smile not leaving her cheeks
"Am fine, actually. My head just hurts a little" Fay said sitting up. "How did i get here?"
"Javier brought you in, I wasn't even aware that he was going to get you. It was really a surprise" Hattie said. She was just in sitting room, last night when Javier came back home, carrying a figure on his shoulder. She discovered it was Fay and Javier promised to explain everything to her later. She didn't really care for an explanation, what mattered to her was that her sister was finally back and her joy knew no bounds
"What happened back there?" Hattie asked and she noticed how Fay's countenance changed. "You don't have to talk about it, If you don't want to" she reassured her.
"Those people are heartless. I didn't even know what a shiel pendant is but they were bent on making me suffer" Fay said and Hattie could see the pain in her eyes
"The shiel pendant is a very powerful pendant and Lagatha wants in by all means"
"But why does she want it from me and what do you mean by powerful?. She even mentioned Agatha to be my mum. That had to be the most confusing experience in my life and I learnt that.... That... You are my sister" Fay said with her voice breaking up. "This whole thing is confusing and I can't seem to understand"
"You see, Fay. Agatha was, well is. She is a well known powerful hyran"
"And she is my mother?"
"Our". Hattie corrected. "She is our mother"
"If she is our mother then That means we are truly sisters?"
"Yes we are" Hattie confirmed it and that was Fay really needed, confirmation. She didn't want to believe it at first because that sly bodyguard could never be trusted but hearing it from Hattie really made her believe
Fay's eyes became glassy as she tried to hold back the tears that were threatening to fall
"All my life, I didn't have anyone to call family and finding out that I had a sister after all this time is really a big discovery for me. Where were you all this while" Fay said as the tears she was fighting hard to hold back, came rolling down her cheek
"I was ignorant too. I just found out lately" Hattie said and gave her a warm right embrace "it's okay, don't cry, I'm here for you. I'm here now" Hattie said, patting her back slightly in a bid to stop her from crying
"What about my mother. Sorry our mother" Fay said and Hattie broke the hug that they shared.
"According to what I heard, she is dangerous, even more deadly than Lagatha. She died a long time ago and now she plans on coming back to life"
"Slow down. This is coming in too fast" Fay said in confusion. "You are telling me that a woman that happens to be my mother and I have never met is deadly and what the hell is a hyran?"
"Oh" Hattie said on realisation. Fay really didn't know anything about the under world and Hattie thought she did. "Hyrans are supernatural beings" Hattie blurted out. She didn't care what Javier would say about it. Fay was her sister and she had every right to know what her mother was.
"Supernatural being exists?" Fay asked in astonishment
"Yes they do. I know very much about the lashedta and the hyrans. The hyrans are the descendants of the lashedtas and witches. Agatha was a hyran and a very deadly one. She got married to a human which was against the rules and gave birth to me. After some years she got intimate with another man and had you. Well her and Lagatha had a quarrel and she killed Mabel, Lagatha's daughter. Lagatha was furious and seeked a way to kill her, She found one and finally got rid of Agatha. Our mother"
"Oh my God" Fay said and Hattie could see the disbelief in her eyes
"Now she plans on coming back to life with the help of the shiel pendant"
"How did you know all this stuff?"
"Uhhmmm I...i. read alot" Hattie blurted out the first possible explanation that came to her mind. She couldn't tell Fay that Javier told her. She might figure out the whole thing.
"You read about our mother?" Fay asked with a confused look on her face and Hattie realised that she just gave the dumbest excuse.
"Do you trust me?"
"Yes I do"
"Then you have to believe what i say" Hattie said
"If Agatha comes back to life, what would happen?"
"I don't know but it wouldn't be a pretty sight. Let's just pray that she does not come back."
"This is huge"
"I know, but you can't tell anyone, got it?" Hattie said and Fay nodded slightly
"Are you hungry?" Hattie asked
"No am not" Fay said, she couldn't even stand the sight of food at the moment, so eating was not in her agender
"You would just have to eat, you haven't eaten Any thing since you got back. I would force the food down your throat if I have to"
"Fine just a little" Fay said and she really felt good. After all this time, she was being showered with the sisterly love that she wanted for so long.

Bella tightened her robe as she made her way up her stairs. She yawned tireldly and she couldn't wait to hug her pillow good night. She dragged her feet up the stairs, with her feet making a slight noise as a result of the friction between her feet and the ground
She stopped In front of her room and was about to open the the door in front of her, when she felt something rush past her. A cold sensation. She looked behind her and found No one, but she was sure that she felt something. A lashedta's instints could never to be ignored. She knew that something was here but she couldn't decipher
She was about to twist the door handle to her room, when she felt a tug on her hair, sending her to the floor. She immediately got up. The worst thing to do in a life and death situation was submit yourself to where the enemy wanted.
She turned around swiftly in every direction trying to catch a glimpse of the intruder. What baffled her was how familiar the aura was but She couldn't seem to tell exactly who it was
"What do you wa..."She wasn't able to finish off her statement as she felt a force hit her face and she fell to the ground again, groaning in pain
"And stay there" she heard the voice and Agatha appeared in front of her
"You" Bella said and one could here the venom In her voice. She crawled away from her and tried to stand up but she felt a sharp pain in her legs
"I said stay there" Agatha hissed at her. "You will listen to me, Bella" she said and the look on her face was terrifying but Bella couldn't show that she was intimidate or else that would give Agatha the opportunity to strike. Bella accessed her and she got to realise that the shiel pendant was strapped to her neck line and it was dangling over the fabric of her dress
"What do you want?" Bella shot at her, glaring at her with disdain
"You will deliver my message to Javier "
"You can't tell me what to do"
"If you want to get out of here alive then you have to" she hunkered down to where Bella stayed and lifted up her chin. "You know very well that I can kill you, right?" She said and a smirk crept into her right cheek.
The fact that Bella kept a scowl on her face didn't hide the fact that she was trembling physically. She knew what Agatha was capable of doing and she feared the worse. Using her powers was not an option because she could barely feel herself. That was what the lashedta were known for best, pinning their enemies down. She knew that she had no other choice other than to listen to what the beast had to say or she wasn't going to make it out alive. Agatha smiled at her
"Good girl" she said.
