Love is a beautiful thing when shared, when reciprocated, when cherished, when nurtured. Love will definitely fall apart when it is one sided, when it is filled with painful memories and no sweet memories. Love will crumble when lapses are created and those lapses filled with bad intentions, lies, gossip, doubt and what have you. 
Such was the case of Anna and Andrew. Annna a naive young girl who was married to Andrew at a very young age fou d herself in a situation where she couldn't understand what went wrong or where she went wrong, they had been the perfect couple but he drifted apart and now they were world's apart, but she could solace in her gynecologist, after she had her first child for her husband,  she started to feel what she hadn't felt before. The feeling of sweet true love.

" I mean, why visit the last when we have a whole future ahead of us?

Anna said and made to kiss him but he held her back.

He held her face in his both palm and kissed her crown instead.

"There is not future without a past.

If there is a fault in the past, it needs to be corrected so that the future can stay bright and spotless just like you"

Anna could not really tell what he wanted her to say, so she decided to watch him closely and allow him do all the talking.

If he talks more, she could deduce from what he would say to know what he wants.

"Well I cheated on you and I think that was how I contracted this disease, and I am so so sorry.

It was once, at a reunion celebration, I know you remember it.

But it has not happened again after then and I promise it would never happen again.

He looked really sincere and Anna wanted to just tell him but she just could not bring herself to tell him.

How could she tell him she had a mind blowing sex with her gynecologist.

If she did tell him that, could she be sincere enough to tell him she loved every bit of it?

Could she also be sincere enough to tell him her gynecologist who also happened to be his friend was really good in bed and would not release until she was satisfied and exhausted.

Could she also tell him that he had been calling her telling her he loves her and wants to be with her and she has not really cautioned him instead she had only been thinking of the other night.

If they were going to make their relationship work, it was better they left the last in the past and gave their future squarely.

I do not hold anything against you and I could never hate you even if I try.

She asked not sure if she asked the right question because what he might want might be too much for her to answer and she may never be able to give him the answer he wants.

He got the answer from Joseph himself. But asking Anna would help him get a clearer picture of what he wants to discover.

"I don't know if you will like to hear it?

And if I tell you where I spent the night I don't want you having any problems with the person that haboured me.

"I won't I just want to know where my wife spent the night"

"It was in a hotel. Far away from this place"

If her answer had been the same with Joseph's answer it would have helped him get a clear picture that he need not suspect anything but now she had lied to him.
