Chapter 75
Anna was already loosing her mind.
Now she was going to have to tell him what was going on.
She was going to have to confess to him.
She felt even more guilty falling into Joseph's trap.
How could Joseph hold on to a oast sin in the way that he did?
She needed to call someone but she didn't know whom to call.
She wasn't sure what she would say to who ever she calls. Then she remembered her husband. They must have landed by now.
They had wanted to travel by public plane but then Mr Anderson had changed his mind, he had used his private jet instead.
She also thought of calling Petranilla to find out how Angel was doing but then she didn't want anyone to think she was crying so she calmed herself down by taking enough water.
She finally decided to give her husband a call to tell him everything that happened.
His phone would ring and she would finally be greeted with the machine voice saying it couldn't be reached because the calling wasn't available.
He thought of calling her father in-law but she didn't want to sound like a pest. But still, it would save them a whole lot if she could just tell them right away.
She was still trying the number when Miles came back inside the house in a sweat.
"You back" thank Goodness.
Miles was not answering.
He didn't look happy.
He didn't look like he wanted to answer.
He seemed to be more interested in doing something else with his hands.
All of a sudden the very bold and attractive Miles was all Nebbish.
"What is it Miles? Talk to me.
"My father and Andrew didn't get to travel"
What do you mean?
Anna became worried because when ever people start a conversation like that it usually means bad news.
"Before they could get to his Stationed airport, they were involved in an accident"
Now Anna was not just sitting up, she was on her feet, could her day get any worse?
"What are you saying Miles?
"Father is strong and he is responding to treatment but Andrew has gone into a comma;
"That is not possible.
This cannot be happening to me.
She cried and started her tears all over again, but then stopped.
"When did this happen?
"It happened in the morning"
"And why am I just finding out?
"I am also just finding out, I told you they don't tell me anything.
"Is everyother person aware?
"Yes every body except you and I that just found out.
But I am sure you were not told be ause they didn't want you to worry.
"That was my husband, why won't I be worried.
She started packing her things into her purse. She wiped her gave with a wipe and got into her foot wears.
She brought out the little mirror in her purse and took a look at herself.
She was a wreck, she looked really bad. But she needed to be strong for her husband.
It seems fate was working against her, just when things seem to be turning well in the right direction for her, it changes some more.
"Let us go"
