Mr Anderson stood up in a panic in his hospital bed.
He was shocked to find Anna and his wife closed to him but he could not find his son.
"Where is Andrew?
He asked as he looked around him but found him no where close.
"He is fine"
Anna said preventing her mother inlaw from saying other wise.
"Don't lie to me, I am not a baby, I can handle anything, just tell me.
"Daddy, do not worry, Andrew is fine, he is in another ward.
Mr Anderson became curious. If Andrew is not in the same ward with him, then it means his case was critical.
Anna tried so hard to be strong, the questioning eye of her father in-law was disposing her. She couldn't be strong anymore. She looked away immediately as her tears began to stream down. She tried to stop it but it only rushes down profusely.
Her tears were incessant.
She felt like she needed a Curacao.
That was the only thing that can put her out.
She had taken a Curacao with Joseph and that have driven her crazy.
It had made her do crazy things which she will for ever regret.
She traces back to that fateful day when she had stood naked infront of a man who was not her husband and who will never be her husband.
She hated herself immediately.
She didn't deserve to be a family member. She moved away towards the door and her father in-law stood up immediately, forgetting he had the Cannula in hand, connected to the drip he was taking. The drip stand followed him and he pulled the Cannula off him, he pulled Anna back.
"What is wrong with my son?
Not been able to lie to him anymore, she looked at her mother inlaw, her eyes begging for help.
She came close and held her husband by the soldier.
"Our son is in comma.
The doctor says he needs not to be disturbed.
"I want to see him now!
He yelled and the two women led him to the other ward for those with life threatening ailment and those that might end up loosing their life if care is not taking.
The three stood at the entrance of the room waiting for who to open the door first.
Anna had seen him before and she couldn't stand his sight. Now that she was going to see him again, she was not sure if she would still be as strong as she had posed to be earlier.
She stepped backwards and watched the very strong and brave Mr Anderson behave like a nebbish being.
He finally got over himself and opened the door.
His son was all bandaged.
Watching him he remembered exactly how the accident had happened.
He tried to pause his thought by closing his eyes tightly, but it only gave way for tears to stream down freely.
They were hot tears of agony.
Men do not cry especially rich and powerful men, but when it comes to the case of his children Anderson wouldn't mind.
His love for his children was Paramount.
He looked away immediately not wanting his wife to see him, but she posed to be stronger than him as she came from behind him to give him a tight hug.
Which felt like a consolation for him.
