Love is a beautiful thing when shared, when reciprocated, when cherished, when nurtured. Love will definitely fall apart when it is one sided, when it is filled with painful memories and no sweet memories. Love will crumble when lapses are created and those lapses filled with bad intentions, lies, gossip, doubt and what have you. 
Such was the case of Anna and Andrew. Annna a naive young girl who was married to Andrew at a very young age fou d herself in a situation where she couldn't understand what went wrong or where she went wrong, they had been the perfect couple but he drifted apart and now they were world's apart, but she could solace in her gynecologist, after she had her first child for her husband,  she started to feel what she hadn't felt before. The feeling of sweet true love.

He rushed at her and started checking her out.

"I heard you blacked out, are you okay?

His questions would not stop unless he is stopped.

She tried to get away from him as quickly as possible else he would choke her.

"Yes I am sure, I am just stressed out that's all.

She was still talking when precious and Petranilla walked in with Angel.

Anna stood up immediately and rushed to meet her daughter, she hadn't known how much she missed her till she saw her again.

She cried as she enveloped her in a warm embrace.

"What did they say happened to you?

"Anna looked up at Petranilla and smiled.

"Nothing serious dear, I am just stressed. The doctor says I need to rest.

"Well you have to rest since that is what the doctor said, but you look even prettier to me"

Precious added and winked at her,  she moved closer to her and gave her a hug, then whispered into her ears.

Anna didn't like that bitter truth at all, she eyed her and quickly dismissed the thought from her as soon as possible.

"I am not at all, even the doctor have checked me"

Anna knew she wouldn't be able to hide it for too long, if her husband had been awake he may have also noticed it too.

Please you guys do not need to be here, Andrew needs you all.to help him come out if coma as soon as possible he needs to know people are around him.

"But he looks dead as a wood to me, there is no movement of any kind, I am scared for him"

Precious said  and Petra hit her lightly on the back to caution her.

"That is not right, don't speak that way"

Anna understood them and could only smile, even though she too was worried for her husband.

Miles decided to take the opportunity to enlighten them on issues of coma.

A coma is a prolonged state of unconsciousness. During a coma, a person is unresponsive to their environment.

The person is alive and looks like they are sleeping.

However, unlike in a deep sleep, the person cannot be awakened by any stimulation, including pain.

Miles concluded and then Mirabel walked in applauding him, she had been standing outside and listening to them for a while, she too thinks  Anna looked prettier than she used to but didn't think of her as pregnant.

Precious was not convinced yet about the coma issue so she said.

"I have seen people involved in accident, countless of time and they didn't get into coma, so why is brother in law's case different.

After all father was with him yet he is healthy.

Or is it because of the HIV issue?

Anna wanted to hiss at their ignorance but she was too busy cuddling her daughter.

Miles wanted to enlighten them so he continued with his explanation.

He asked, hoping to get an answer from someone but no one was offering so he continued.

"Comas are caused by an injury to the brain. Brain injury can be due to increased pressure, bleeding, loss of oxygen, or buildup of toxins. The injury can be temporary and reversible. It also can be permanent.
