Chapter 160

Congratulations Mrs Anderson, you are four weeks pregnant;  the doctor repeated himself, Because they seem not to believe what they have just heard him say.

"Dust my ear this evening, doctor you say what? Peter was the one asking now, he had even given up on having a child with Petranilla, he thought that she would never give him a child, he had been married to her longer than Andrew have and yet he was having issues or will he call it delay in having a child.

The doctor also knows their history, he has been the one encouraging them that it would happen when it was time.

"You heard me sir, she is pregnant and by the grace of God, she will carry this child to term.

Peter wanted to jump up, Andrew that have been standing by the door with Angel was also happy, for once he forgot all about Anna and rushed to hug his brother who dis not know how to react at the time.

"Congrats brother, I am really happy for you" Peter was still aho ked and so was Petra, she kept looking into space, she stepped down down from the bed and rushed towards Angel.

"It was you, you are really an Angel, since you came into my life, you changed everything about me. She hugged her in tears kneeling down to be on the same level with her.

"I want my mummy" Angel said.

That was the first time she was actually asking of her mother, but she acting strange now, it was as though she came to their home to achieve something and now that it was achieved, she wanted her mother back.

Peter looked and for the first time in so many years he had tears in his eyes, he too have come to love Angel, she was like his daughter now, since she came into their lives, a lot have changed for them.

Petra used to be so distance and depressed, he was even thinking of maybe paying a visit to a marriage counselor or something to see if something could be done to help restore his marriage, but all he did, Petra was always lost in her own world, but the moment Angel came into their lives, she started to feel happy and to think that Angel sometimes call her mummy and at other times calls her aunty, but in all, Petra became really happy and started acting differently and it was as though there was a spark in their lives life and now she was pregnant.

"Oh sweetheart" he said as he went down to join the group hug. You are going to be a big sister, because you will have a little sister to play with, you will not be alone anymore.

"Who told you that she is carrying a girl? Andrew said smilling and feeling left out, he too wanted to join in the hug, but he could not get his mind off the fact that he just heard his daughter ask of Anna.

"I was about to ask him the same question" Petra said smilling.

"I know because Angel wants a baby girl"

"When did she tell you she wants a baby girl?

"Alright let us ask her what she wants.

" Your second mummy is going to have a baby, do you want a boy or a girl? Andrew asked, bending down to join the family bond.

"A boy" Angel said and Peter felt defeated.

I want a boy to fight Joshua for me. That was the height of it, to think that Angel was keeping all this thought in her heart, Joshua was one of Anthony's Sons, he must have bullied her, so now she wanted a boy to fight him.

Even the doctor that had been standing behind, felt like he was going to cry if he did not leave the family, he smiled at what Angel and tapped Peter at the back.

"Congrats once again" he said and left, Peter only looked over his shoulder as the doctor spoke up.

See me in my office before you leave, there are a few things you need to know.

"I surely will.

They all soon got tired of bending down and went back to the bed.

Peter held petra's hands and kissed them.

We are going to be parents" he said and she nodded as her tears could no longer be controlled, she just continued to cry as she was enveloped into Peter's arms, Angel joined in the hug.

"Mummy don't cry" she said, she could not understand why she was crying when a while ago she had been happy.

Peter walked out with Andrew to see the doctor.

"Oh you have come, it is nothing serious, I just wanted you to know that she does not need to be stressed, she needs all the care and love and happiness she could get.

You know how long she waited before she finally took in, so it might come with heartburn that can be more intense and throwing up I am even surprised it has not started moat times it could be stooling and all, but in all, just take care of her.

"That is not a problem Doctor, I am already on it.

"And when you want to have a bedroom activity, do not be too harsh like it is a di or die affair, just be gentle and pampering.

Andrew could not help but laugh as he heard the bedroom activity talk, he smiled and Peter gave him an annoying look.

"Why are you looking at me like that, the doctor knows that you are always agressive, so he is just warning you before time.

And Peter not finding it funny chased Andrew out if the doctor's office. He smiled as he walked back to the room where apetra was and he heard her say to Angel.

"Do not worry, you will see your mummy soon okay
