Chapter 198

He was on the floor, the very next minute, it was getting really crazy, the chaos, In the room was on its height.

Every one seem to be scared, what just happened, have come unexpectedly.

"What have you done? Anna cries, and rushed to meet him,  she was shaking him, as the medical personnels, rushed to get the stretcher.

Though he was checked and attended to on the floor, before he was taken away.

Every one was still very shocked at what just happened.

Anthony could not come to terms with the fact that his father was on the floor, in a pool of blood. This drama was just too much, for him, to comprehend.

His father was shut, by his brother, who was gradually loosing his sanity, because of a woman, who was never going to get back to him.

It's not that he wants her back, that is the problem, his pride, would not let him be jilted, by Anna, he probably want to have her to himself, and then dumb her afterwards.

"Somebody help". Anna screamed.the doctors had already brought in the stretcher, he was gently placed on it, and taken away.

none of the Anderson brothers moved, they were looking at Andrew, he was shocked too, he probably didn't know when he pulled the trigger. They would love to believe, that he didn't know when he pulled the trigger, but he had pointed the gun at his own brother and started it, before the trigger was pulled, so he meant to pull the trigger, he knew what he was doing.

He made a move to run out, but he was pulled back by Paul, who started pounding his face with punches, especially, on the nose, the same spot, they had punched him before. He didn't want to fight his brother, not that he didn't want to fight him, but he too, could not forgive himself, he just shut his father. That was not to be easilly forgiven.

Paul didn't want to leave him, he was hitting him so hard, that the cries in the room increased, the babies were crying, Joseph saw that Anna was in no mood to feed her kids, he started feeding them with milk, that he had already mixed.

Angel was looking at the blood on the floor, it must be her first time, seeing so much blood, and it happened to be her grand daddy's blood.

She kept whispering "Grand pa, Grand pa". Anna could hear her, she wondered what she was to do at the moment as a mother, she just had her babies, and now, her father in-law, have just been shut, by her husband, their picture was going to be everywhere by the next day.

The corps got there, and carried Andrew and Paul away, they were the ones, seen fighting, they wanted to be sure, they have no other weapon with them.

"I will kill you, if anything happens to father, I promise you that". Peter says to him,  before he was taken away. Andrew, could not answer him, he was weak, he needed to be attended to, medically, and he held on to Petranilla, who seem to be having serious stomach ache, Because, she held on to her stomach, and was looking so red, from fear, she must have been so scared, she kept looking at the spot where Mr Anderson had been.

The cleaners came and wiped the blood, soon, every where was clean.

"Joseph was watching the Anderson brothers, the way they were fighting and quarelling, and the sudden look of shock on their faces, he was feeling really bad. 

years ago, he would have been happy, that there was so much chaos in the air, but seeing them now, he only felt sorry for them, they all looked lost, like sheeps without a shepherd.

Somehow, Joseph felt he was responsible, for all the chaos, he blames himself again.

Finally Miles broke the silence, by asking a really odd question.

"Where is father? Peter heard the question, if it was other days, he would have laughed at the question, but today, was not a laughing day, it was a black Wednesday for them. 

 Peter could relate to what he was feeling at the moment. who would not feel so, after all, everything, have happened in a hurry, it felt like a movie, if they have been told, that their son was going to be able to shoot at them, while aiming at his own brother, they would never believe him.

Miles looked around him and asked again.

"Was Andrew trying to kill me? it was obvious, he need not to ask, he was not with his senses at the time, and any one who stood on his path, he was ready to bring down. Miles was the one that challenged him, when he said, he should stop, Miles was still walking towards him, he didn't seem to care, and just then, it happened almost at the same time, he shut at his brother, probably to scare him, but he ended up shooting his father, that walked in at that instant.

Miles was still so shocked, that he started walking home.

The world was not going to stop talking about what had happened, and that would be an end for his father's career, as a politician, he may end up not wining the election that he had so much fought for.

If he had probably know , he would have just stayed at home, with his sick wife, now his wife is alone, and may have sensed what just happened.

"I need to get home, mother should not hear about this, she should not be told about what just happened to Daddy". Miles said, and walked away.

Peter followed behind, and same goes with Anthony, they were not worried about Paul, he was going to be back with Andrew, After all, they are Andersons.

Miles was followed by Peter and Petranilla, while Anthony and his wife Mirabel stayed back.

"I just hate that brother of yours, he has learnt violence overnight, that girl turned him into that beast, he has become.

Mirabel was used to backbiting, she wanted them to channel their anger towards Anna.

"She is no longer a part of our family, so we really don't care, how she survives.

I don't know why my brother would not just accept things the way he sees them.

"That is what I am saying, he loves that Anna of a girl, and all of a sudden, she goes and gets pregnant for his friend, and as if that was not enough, she still  ran out of the house, she should be happy, that she was given the option to abort the babies, now that she gave birth to the babies, who will father the kids, she will be alone, and she won't have anything to feed on, she is such a looser". Mirabel cursed.

"But since you have all this in your mind, why didn't you say it to her? Anthony asked, mocking her, she was always trying to make herself different, from the other Anderson wives, and looking at it critically, I'm the end, there is nothing wonderful about her.

"what is that supposed to mean? she asked, looking angry.

"You seem to have so much to say about her, and yet, you saw her, and all you could do was to go hugging and kissing the kids she just brought forth, why did you not express how angry you are that time as you claim you don't like rubbish.

"That's enough! she said, and walked towards the doctor's office, but there was no one there, they were still busy with Mr Anderson, this was a case of life and death, his survival, depends on God only.

They were talking about flooding the news the next day, but already that same day, the papers were already publishing new papers, they had so many things to say.

"Their Governor to be was killed by his own son.

They went further to say, he didn't train the children well, and that was why they would always fight and make trouble, wherever, they were seen.

Some said, Andrew was made, and he lost his sanity, the moment his wife left him.

just when they thought that the world didn't know those things, they brought it all out, when their father was vunerable, when they know that he was too weak, to strike whoever was trying to  make him look weak.

The emergency, ward opened, and the doctor opened the door, he was looking all sweaty, he wiped the sweat, with his handkerchief, before asking.

"Which Anderson are you? 

Anthony was not surprised, about the question, he was not the popular Anderson, he was not known, the people were used to his brother Miles more, they really didn't know him.

Peter and Paul was another group of people they know, they were the people, that were always showing their faces, online, the ladies love them, and they enjoy the attention.

"I am the first son, so you can talk to me".
