I know it might seem ridiculous that I am talking this much or thinking this much about one person but yet she's that kind of character. She's that kind of peculiar character, the sort of character that you would only hope to meet once in a lifetime and never meet again.
She barely spared me a glance even with the look of adoration in my eyes, she deleted me as something of an unwanted file though she was the one that practically bumped into me, and I not into her.
She simply scoffed and walked away like I was something that should be ignored, something that didn't have any meaning and would never have any meaning. I'm pretty sure that she didn't say it that way exactly, though the look of irrelevance and decrepit stupidity told me enough of what she thought.
I guess I was stunned and she looked at me. I was stunned at the fact that I had bumped into my favourite celebrity but yet the sort of feeling that I got from her made me know that she wouldn't be my favourite celebrity for much longer. She wouldn't be anyone I like even for much longer if she kept up this kind of attitude.
Sure enough News came, news and more news came of exactly how she treated her fans, news of how she had slapped a young girl, a young girl of eight just because she had done something as clumsy as drop an ice cream at her feet. She had slapped a young girl who had been so awed at the fact that she had actually caught something of a glimpse at her elder sister's favourite idol.
She had caught a glimpse of the girl her elder sister always jumped up and down talking about, always looking at herself in the mirror and comparing herself to this person, she had simply caught a glimpse of the utter magnificence that was a superstar at sixteen and she had received a slap.
A slap so shocking that she had erupted crying and her mum was practically standing there stupefied. I don't think there's much you can do to an idol especially one who has as much popularity as she does.
It got to the point that I started thinking Selena simply did these things on purpose, she did these little stage plays that she always puts on purposefully. She would simply walk out of her house knowing that she was on her way to either shout on someone, or annoy the hell out of other people because she was an idol, all because she was an idol and no one had the right to touch her.
If anyone laid a hand on her, her fan base would practically flay them alive and so she was safe. She was safe and protected from any sort of embarrassment that could practically come to anyone who behaved the way she behaved.
What she wasn't safe from though was the tabloids, they simply grabbed her picture and shoved her face into the mud.
