Chapter 23 Starlight Take over party

         The next day the weather was a little dull in the morning and really cool, Jiang Nian went on the weather forecast and saw that it was raining in the neighbouring city it would only be cloudy with no wind in beijing so it would not affect the starlight takeover party so the Party is to take place without a hitch. She was feeling tired and had a few attacks of migraines. She immediately had her bath and freshened up, into a jean and blue top.

           Jiang Nian moved to the kitchen and prepared some pancake before calling the house agent to confirm their meeting place " Hello I called to confirm the appointment with Mr Shen"

 "Yes it has been confirmed,Mr shen has already left and will be with you shortly" Jiang Nian immediately caught the call and grabbed her car keys.

        Jiang Nian met Mr Shen at a restaurant close to the city heart estate; It was the estate in which Jiang Nian planned to buy a house, it was at the center of beijing and it could link to anywhere in beijing. The price of houses there was crazily high as the luxury and security were top notch and that was what Jiang Nian was looking for, Jiang Nian had some breakfast with Mr Shen before driving to the estate.

          Mr Shen could not give the address of the house to Jiang Nian as she would not be allowed to enter into the estate without a resident card, Mr shen does not live there but since there company is affiliated to sell and develop some properties in the estate they made some clearance pass to pass them through the estate gate with a companion.

        As Jiang Nian drove through the estate she felt an invisible hand dragging the money from her bank account, wondering if she could pull out before it was too late. They parked at the garage and began to inspect building after building till it was afternoon that she got to the one she liked at a discounted price of three million dollars.

      Jiang Nian felt a pinch in her heart when the money was deducted. Jiang Nian sighted at least she still had two million dollars and a company with a net worth of thirty million dollars which could make her money as well.

          The transaction has been made and all relevant documents like ownership and resident card would be mailed to her office. Jiang Nian drove back to the office as it was already evening and the takeover party began at night. It would be a real disaster if she wasn't there. 

         Since one of the perks of having a presenter office, Jiang Nian had her part there and put up some light makeup before wearing the dress that was already placed on the couch. It was a dark suit by furagi which showed the female leadership and portraying the beauty of women. It was like furagi pictures in mind when designing it
