Chapter 31 House painting

Gu Huo was making his business round through the city, he had written some instructions for the Gu family company on how to operate while he was away.Old man Gu and Butler Yan had already left Beijing to Shanghai city to meet some of his old friends.

     Gu Huo was hold up because they won't be anyone available to run the company, he began to drive to each branch of the Gu company to delivered the set of instruction and target for them to achieve, he began to move through the city as early as six in the morning, but around two at the afternoon he was making his last trip.

     Gu Huo parked his black sedan car at the front of the Gu company in the Zhong district branch office and entered the building. Since it was Saturday there were not a lot of workers, only those that  operate essential service, maintenance service and cleaning departments that were available. He moved toward the stairs and climbed up going to the branch manager office.

     Gu Huo opened the door and found it was on deck doing some inspection of the account. The assistant seeing Gu Huo immediately stood up and greeted " Mr Gu good afternoon, I am surprised to see you here if not I would be waiting for your arrival " the assistant spoke ,Gu Huo replied "I didn't plan to visit either, where is the branch manager I don't have all day ".

     The assistant was contemplating on whether he should answer or give and excuse before answering" he is back st home he had ill health so he sent a message that he won't be able to come today," hearing the assistant reply Gu Huo frown he was in thought on whether to give the assistant or carried it back ,if he dropped it for his assistant they were complicated calculation and reasoning in which if explain for the assistant he might delivered wrong information and if he carried it back with him only God know when he would have time again.

   The assistant seeing Gu Huo in thought pulled him back "Mr Gu I could write you his address that way you can check on him and at the same time explain the content of the document" Gu Huo replied "okay" .the assistant went off to get the address and was back within some few minutes and pass a paper to Gu Huo. 

     Gu Huo the paper and scanned through it address, it was at the city heart estate before the pocket the paper and went down the stairs.The assistant hurried followed Gu Huo down the stairs.when Gu Huo drove from the branch office the assistant sighted a relief and call the manager to tell him about the coming of Gu Huo to visit him at his home, the Gu family young master was really cold as rumored to be he was glad that he did not get on his bad day as he walked back into the office.
