Chapter 345 Redrawing Bid

 Their journey to the Government house could be considered a success as they didn't get into any accident or encounter any traffic build up, Khalifa found a garage and had the car parked before they went around or asked for directions. Khalifa didn't make a mistake in getting the location of the Government house but the problem was that they weren't sure whether house could be used to describe the large expanse of land that they were in, it was literally big as an estate.

     Luckily it was quite easy to gain information and was redirected to the  section thàt belonged to ministries of land and resources,the large area of land was to allow accommodation of public officers. Gu Huo walked towards the ministries building without a ounces of blame on Khalifa for the set back that they had suffered he knew that Khalifa had shallow idea of everything that why he initially partner with Mr Emre and his lateness has a part in all this, Gu Huo and Khalifa adjusted his suit before the walked toward the receptionist without even sparing the building a second gaze of course the ministries of land and resources building was in great shape and had the perfect architecture designed but he lot of things going through his mind that made him simply ignored that part.

    " excused me, we are here for the land roll out by the ministries we here to submit a proposal for a bid "

  The receptionist attention way naturally attracted by Gu Huo voice but she was  quickly able to pulled out from her daze and spoke while passing a leaflet to Gu Huo and Khalifa "  take the elevator to the top floor and you would find the biding room where your proposal would be submitted and the leaflet contain every information that you need to know about the land roll out other information and policy would be communicated to you if you are lucky enough to get the contract "

   Gu Huo thanked the receptionist and walked towards the direction that the elevator was, he wanted to tip the receptionist since she helped them in having a brief structure of the building but decided against it since it could be taken as bribe to a Government official. Gu Huo was lost in thought when he mistakenly bumped into Mr Emre who came out of the elevator, Gu Huo took a moment to regained his composed before he spoke "Mr Emre sorry about the little accident and i a little careless on my part, how did  your proposal go?" 

   Hulian was a little hesitant to speak but finally did since they was nothing to lose " Actually I came here to redraw my bid, there is a little crisis that is going on in one of my company we can't afford to bid for the land roll out without a partner and I have a rethink of everything we need money to be plump into my other company and this project isn't immediately gains"
