Howling contest

"Oh, I'm sorry, my name is Leo, and I am a friend of Sam's"  Leo said stretching his hand for a shake. But instead of taking the hands, Victoria turned to look at Sam..

Sam raised his hands up in surrender and sighed. "he is not exactly my friend but he was actually the one that told me about the Howling contest."  

Felix was about to say something but was interrupted by the voice of the Allha1 sounding in the speakers as he cleared his throat. "Welcome one, welcome all to today's hawling contest. And as our custom is, I would put our most priced treasure in front of me, before the contest begins, to enable us enjoy beauty in it's fullness." He paused for a while, then he anounced. "Bring the Box of Azrael". 

Felix's eyes widened in shock as he looked at the other vampires. Who also looked at him in surprise.

Some werewolf guards brought out the golden box and kept it in front of the Allha1 as everyone clapped in unison. "That's the same box with the one I  saw at the back of the map that I threw away." Victoria said.  "Azrael's blade must be in it."

"Duur obviously, that was why he called it the box of Azrael." Sam added. Leo looked around confusedly to be sure if he was the only one who did not understand what they where talking about. "Did you say that you know what is inside that golden box?." He asked to clear himself out.

"Wait, dou you mean that no one here knows what is inside that box?". Felix asked wondering if they had not opened it before, he needed to be sure that Azrael's blade was still inside.

"Well the Alpha1 has opened it once  and we saw a strange but beautiful blade inside of it.  He felt that it was sacred, so he commanded that no one should ever bring the blade out of the box, because he felt that it was special." Leo explained.

Felix sighed happily after hearing all that Leo had said.  And he now felt like he had a plan that could help them get Azrael's blade as soon as possible. "Thank you very much Leo for helping us with the lattest happenings that my clan might have missed when we where away. Now can you please excuse me and my clan as we plan on how to win this contest?" He said.  Leo laughed as he teased them about how they where going to be the first to be evicted, before he left.

Luciana sat down on her bed, thinking about all that had happened in the past few days. She sighed as she thought about Josh and how their connection felt real, it felt so real that she could hardly believe that it was a set up, but then he told her by himself that he collected money from Michael to distract her. That alone ruined every other good thing that he had done for her. She felt mad at him for telling her, she thought that it would have been better if he dad kept it to himself. Or would it?.

She sighed as she stood up and switched on the television in other to distract herself from her thoughts, but it seemed like it was not working at all, she could not help thinking about Josh, atleast he told her things about himself without hiding it, no matter how bad it might have sounded, unlike Felix who had hidden almost everything he did from her. A part of her still wanted Felix because there where a few things she needed to try with him, especially in this her human body, that they did not quite have the urge to do while they where in hell.

But then another part of her could not help but compare between the both guys, and found Josh quite better in everything, or rather almost everything. "I need to give him a chance in my life." She whispered to her self. Then she thought of going to look for him. But then she changed her mind. "If we where really meant to be, then he would surely come back to me." She thought.

"So what's the plan on how to get Azrael's blade?" Sam asked.

"It's very simple, they all think that we are werewolves, no one knows that we have supernatural speed, I don't really know how the howling competition is going to be, but I know that when it gets to our turn, they are going to be expecting us to just howl and go back, but we would take them by surprise." Felix explained. They all nodded "let's do this for Tracy and the ones we lost at the silver forest." Lydia added.

"For Tracy and the other Lost vampires." They all replied.

"This is how the contest is going to be, Al the clans present are going to come to the stage and howl facing the moon, then you will change to your full wolf form." The alpha one stated. "The howl that brings out the full moon, wins the  contest." Every one present clapped immediately the alpha1 toolk his sit to watch the event, he had made the rules crystal clear, and everyone was eager to win the contest. All the clans started coming out to howl one after the other, while Felix and the vampire waited patiently for their turn.

Josh could not rest in his apartment, he had gone to Michael's house several times but he could not find him,  he had also gone to Luciana house once when she was still in the hospital and he could not find her either, now he was lost in his own thoughts, he did not know what to expect from Luciana if he goes to her apartment. But he really needed to talk to her. He wanted her to know his true intentions towards her. He had told her before, but he felt that she reacted the way she did then because she was angry, now he felt that she must have calmed down by now. He sighed as he walked out of his apartment and went to knock on Luciana's door.
