Outsmarted

**

Michael had walked out of the hotel with a smile on his face, he was happy with the way that his alignment with Felix was going, he had imagined several dreadlocks before he ventured into the task, but here he was, everything was going on smoothly. And he was sure that if things continued the way they where, very soon heaven and hell would be theirs.

After Michael had walked a few distances away  from the hotel, he looked around  to be sure that no one was watching. When he saw that the coast was clear, he was about to bring out his wings and fly away - but then he thought he had spotted something or some one with his side eyes.

He still wanted to proceed with his action, but reluctantly on a second thought he decided to just look at what he had seen. When he turned, he was shocked to see Felicia.

"Rrrrrg." He muttered. It was the weird girl that he had earlier thought was one of the angels, only for him to go to heaven and discover that all the angels where complete. He had concluded that she was just a figment of his imagination when he could not find her any where. But here she was, now standing beside him and staring at him creepily - turns out that she was real after all - He sighed.

"What is it?" He asked when she had approached him.

"I just wanted us to talk." She replied.

Michael sighed. "Well I've already done a lot of talking for the day, perhaps it should be some other time I'm exhausted." He stated.

"Oh come on, let's cut the chance, you are an angel and we both know that angels do not get tired." Felicia replied.

At this point, Michael was fully convinced that Felicia was really not just an ordinary human he turned towards her and grabbed her hand so that she would not vanish or something if she found out that he had blown her cover.

"Ouuu" she muttered wondering what the sudden grip was for.

"Alright now I caught you, so you need to tell me who the hell you are. And how the hell did you know me." Michael asked.

"Well I am not human, I am a demon." She Lied. 

"But I am actually aware of everything that you have planned because I work directly with Felix. In fact I was coming to join the meeting before I saw you leave seems like I was actually late." She added.

Michael stared at her with a mock smile on his face, he noticed that she was trying to mess around with him but he was not just going to settle for those shallow words of hers, he needed real proof.

"Well if you say you work with felix, then I'd suggest we all go in and talk." Michael said. Causing Felicia's heart to skip a beat, but she tried as much as she could not to show any sign of anxiety.

"Well we'd go in if you say so. But I just wanted to talk about Lucifer's grave, and I haven't mentioned it to anyone yet, not even Felix, I thought you'd be the first to know." Felicia replied.

Michael also had not told anybody about Lucifer's grave, the only people he thought that knew about it was himself, Magedon  and the five demons that had joined him. Well right now he could not tell if she was one of those demons or not as demons could possess any human body that they chose.

Since she was aware of everything, he thought she might probably be one of the demons that came with magedon.

"Where you the only one that saw me there that day?." Michael asked. Widening his eyes.

Felicia on the other had was totally Oblivious of what Michael was talking about, but she had to play along anyway, so as not to be caught off guard.

"Yes I was the only one that saw you, and that is partly one of the reasons why I decided to come to you first before any other person." She answered.

Michael hieved a sigh of relief. He was almost sure that no demon had spotted him that day (when Lucifer was burried.), not even Magedon himself he could not help but wonder how he had missed her.

"So what do you want to talk about?" He asked.

"Well, I noticed that the place where he was burried  isn't safe enough." She stated 

Michael chucked. "The Sahara desert? What place n earth would be more secure?" He asked.

Felicia smiled as she took not of 'the Sahara desert' earlier in she had no idea about where Lucifer's body was but right now, Michael had unknowingly given out the information to her.

"Well you know what I mean. I don't think there is any safe place on earth." She answered.

Michael saw some sense in what Felicia had just said any other person must have seen them burry Lucifer. Gosh why didn't he think of this earlier. Well why would he care less. The body could be destroyed for all he cares, that's not his problem.

"Well I cannot help you. Lucifer is dead and gone, why don't we focus on the present and forget about the past." Michael stated.

Felicia faked a protest, but Michael ignored her and flew away. When she was sure that he had gone, she jumped for joy, dancing rythmically to nothingness.

Felix and the rest of the vampires Left Luciana and the others at the conference table and went to attend to other things Luciana was about to leave also when Josh Cleared his throat. She rolled her eyes slowly as she sat down back on her sit wondering what it was that he wanted to say.

"Alright ladies, Wendy and I bursted you guys this morning. You lied to us - all of you - about Luciana's whereabouts, now spill the truth. What where you hiding?" Josh asked.
