Election Day

"So tell me, where and when did you see the lady on the picture." Victoria asked again still staring deeply into the cop's eyes. 

Every other vampire listened attentively to hear what the cop was going to say, include Felix who was now curious.

"I saw her a few months ago, when she was arrested for beating up a cop. A weird man had bailed her after that." The cop answered.

Sia hieved a sigh of relief as she sat on the floor. Even Wendy and Josh hieved happily as they where watching and listening from Tiffany's house.

Felix chuckled, momentarily his chuckling turned into a full fledged laughter. 

"What?!." Victoria asked frowning.

"Don't you see, this was a total waste of our precious time" he answered as he stormed out of the police department with a group of other vampires following closely behind him.

The cop stared at them confusedly. "Is everything okay? Did I say anything wrong?" He asked.

"No, you said everything just right, if you find out about any of the missing persons, please do no not hesitate to contact us" Victoria stated with a smile on her face before walking away. The cop just nodded, still confused.

Sia sighed deeply. As all the vampires went out of the building.

She felt relieved, at least now she could come out from the spot where she had been hiding all these while. She walked straight to the cop at the counter pretending as though she had not listened to the whole conversation.

"Who where those guys? And what do they want?" She asked the cop at the counter.

He sighed, rolling his eyes briefly. "Just some random guys reporting some missing persons' case."

"Missing persons?, Wow that sounds serious. Can I have a look at the case file?." Sia asked.

The counter cop was skeptical for a moment, but then he just let it slide as he gave her the file, which she collected happily and walked away with a smile on her face.

Election Day in heaven...

Tension filled the whole atmosphere as the angels that where to conduct the election busied themselves with trying to set up the podium and what seemed like the 56th century ballot boxed. The ballot boxes where floating around in mid air made up of pure gold.

"Hmm, almost if not everything in this city is certainly made up of pure gold no wonder you guys call it golden City." Divina stated giggling as they walked pass where the electorial committee members were. 

Gabriel smiled trying as much as he could to hide his anxiety. Momentarily he turned around to look at Lucifer.

"Are you sure that this is really going to work?" He asked.

Lucifer shrugged. "Trust me, I have looked at it from every possible angle that I can think of and this is the only way that we can stop Michael from sitting on Dad's throne." He answered.

"Don't worry about it, i'm in support of Lucifer's plan, I'm sure it's going to work." Azrael stated. 

"Oh! Shit here comes the devil! - I mean Micheal." Luciana stated signaling the others with her eyes to the direction that Michael was coming from. 

They all sighed when they saw him walking towards their direction, they could not help but wonder what he was up to this time around.

Luckily, they had already put on their disguise before coming out of Gabriel's mansion. When Michael was a few meters away from them they changed their topic of discussion to something else, they started to talk about random things.

"Oh, I see you brought in some new angels to help you manipulate the election to your favour yeah?" Michael said giggling as he got to where they stood.

Gabriel ignored him and continued with his discussion with Lucifer and the rest of the team hoping that Michael would just go Away. However, Michael still stood At the spot where he was. Thus he bacame agitated with Gabriel's behavior towards him.

"Well, I see that you do not want to talk to me. How about I tell the others that you hiered demons to pretend as though they where angels in order to get more votes." Michael stated raising an eyebrow.

Gabriel sighed. "These are not demons, if you must know, they where some of the angels that dad sent to another universe, they happened to return here after completing their mission." He lied. Wishing he had not.

"Well I need proof."  Michael stated folding his hands.

There was tension in the air between them, because Lucifer and Luciana knew that they where fallen angels and if they had to bring out their wings, they could easily be spotted out. Divina also knew that she was not even an angel at all. So they continued to stare at Michael not knowing what next to do.

"Come on, I am waiting. Prove to me that you are all angels." Michael added smirking.

The arguement had already started to draw a lot of attention as it became a center of distraction to all the angels that where passing by. 

Lucifer sighed deeply, this was not looking good for him, or any of them for that matter especially Gabriel. He was going to loose a lot of vote if they discovered that he was siding with Lucifer or something of that nature.

Lucifer had to rack his brain to think as quickly as he could for possible solutions to the situation at hand. Suddenly an idea came to his mind, he was not sure if it was going to work out, but he had to try it out anyway.

"Okay, fine wait a minute. If one of us can prove to you that we are really angels, will you go away? Lucifer asked, playing the last card that he had in his head.

Micheal smiled, thinking that he had gotten hold of them, he knew Lucifer was trying to play smart, so he thought of a way to outsmart him.
