"Bennett isn't here yet." I said to her.
"So you mean that you have not been hearing the blaring of a car horn that is threatening to harm my eardrums.”
"Nicky you are such a.... Arrrrr..... So you knew he was here already and you kept quiet." I shouted at her.
"Don't kill me girl, I needed to fix my make up very well, you never can tell who I will meet when we get to where we are going" she shrugged.
"Arrr, just get out of my way" I walked passed her.
She giggled before drawing me back.
"Hey, don't step out walking like a furious Lamborghini from fast and furious movie. Take a deep breath... And walk in slow motion if possible, so that the charm can work very well"
"What charm?" I asked her.
She palmed her face before replying "this girl is so dumb, I mean your beauty charm."
"It is you and your entire generation who are dumb, let us go" I said and stormed out.
"Oh my God, at least slow down." she complained as she ran behind me.
As soon as I opened the door, I saw Bennett's hand about to knock on the door, thank God he saw me if not those hard knuckles would have landed on my forehead.
"Oh hey there." he greeted. "Wow, you both look amazing." he commented.
I blushed as if he was referring to only me. We both walked out and I locked the door, I know I had to introduce Nicky to him.
"Well Bennett, this is my best friend Nicole but Nicky for short" I introduced.
"Hi Nicky, nice to meet you" Bennett greeted.
"Pleasure is mine" Nicky replied.
Bennett stretched out his hand for Nicky to shake him, but instead she stared at his hand. I became confused and so did Bennett.
"Umh, I don't bite" Bennett assured her.
"Don't you?" Nicky asked absent mindedly, Bennett twisted his brows in confusion. "Uh, I mean, wow, you are just too cute, I am afraid I might kiss you if I touch your hand, so I better not to avoid someone committing murder" she laughed out, I know she was referring to me, crazy girl, her mood changed back to the Nicky I know and we all laughed.
"Shall we go?" Bennett asked.
"Of course" I replied.
"I wonder where Mr. Handsome is taking us?" Nicky asked.
"Don't you like surprises?" Bennett asked back.
"I love surprises." she replied.
Bennett opened the front door and before I could blink, Nicky was already at the back seat, I guess the front seat is mine, am I dumb or what, of course the front seat should be mine, I blushed and entered, he close the door, he entered the driver's seat beside me and brought the engine to life. I stared at him, he turned to me and flashed a charming smile, my heart missed a step and wanted to fall into my stomach but I managed to hold it.
Nicky was right, he is just so handsome. He was wearing a blue designer jean trouser, milk colored T-shirt which had 'I devour' scribbled on it.
