"Good morning Cassandra, It has been a long time since I have seen you." My aunty said.

"Let's get ready to leave, the funeral will start by 9:00 am." My mom said

We all went outside of the house, my mom locked the door and we went to where her car was parked, I got into the front seat, my uncle and aunt got into the backseat, as we were getting ready to leave, I got a call from Julio.

On the phone

"Hey Julio, what's up you are going to meet us at the church right?" I said to him.

"Of course, I will see you guy there." He replied.

"I and my mom with James and Tommy are coming to the funeral together." He added.

"Okay see you then," I replied him as I hung up the call.

After that my mom started the car and drove off, after some minutes of driving, we arrived at the church, as we got there my mom parked the car, then we all came down from the car and were heading towards the church's main entrance when my mom received a call

My mom on the phone

"Hi Patrick, are you guys in the church?" She said.

"Okay we are outside the church main door, we are about to enter." She added as she hung up the call.

We all went inside the church, my dad's casket was in front of the church, me, my mom, my aunt and uncle all went to the front seat of the church to seat, minutes later the event begins, the pastor came onto the alter, prayed and then called my mom, to come and give her eulogy to my dad, then she went up to the alter.

"We are all gathered here today to pay our respects to late Lucas Gaire, my husband, a father, a brother, and Uncle to most of you here, he has been an inspiration to me and my daughter for years now, he taught me a lot, ever since I have known him, he has always spread love to everyone that comes in contact with him, it is a tragedy that he has to leave us this soon, the man that took him away from us will receive appropriate punishment for what he has taken away from us, we all love him, but God loves him more, may his beautiful soul rest in perfect peace." After she gave the speech, she came back to her seat, then the pastor went back to the alter,
