"I will make Tommy my best man, you James was supposed to be my best man, but he is no longer with us." I replied, with a sad face, as I stare at my mom.
"I know son, don't beat yourself about it, it is not that serious anyway, it is just a wedding." She stated.
"I know mom, but after my wedding, I feel like my life won't remain the same." I replied.
"Yeah." She muttered looking confused.
"And also I invited a couple of my friends to the wedding." My mom stated.
"Okay, mom." I replied.
"And I love the ring you chose, they are magnificent." My mom said.
"Yeah, those rings are VVS diamonds they cost me a fortune, but it is worth it." I replied.
"Of course, marriage is a lifetime bond, between two people, so it is meant to last." She stated.
"Okay son, let me go make you some Lunch, and also has Cassandra not come back home yet?" She asked.
"Yeah, she is still spending some time with her mom." I answered.
"Okay." She muttered as she walked out of the room.
MY WEDDING DAY:
Cassandra and I, were, staring across each other's eyes, at the altar, holding hands together, while the cold breeze of the sea, blow through our hair, the Reverend, was standing across us.
"So, as we are about to join this two in holy matrimony, let everyone stand up." The Reverend stated.
"Today is the day, we join Julio Demirez, and Cassandra Gaire together in holy matrimony, and in the presents of God Almighty as they are about to spend the rest of their lives together." He added.
"Now the couples we say their speech." The Reverend said as he handed over the microphone to me.
"Ehh mhhh, Cassandra, my love, from the very first day, I met you in high school, I knew, there was something special about you, I never knew we were going to end up spending the rest of our lives together, but I will make sure, every moment of us being married, I will make you the happiest woman alive, your smile brings me joy, and your tears brings me sadness, I am glad I found you." I stated, with tears shone in my eyes, Tommy leaned over and used his handkerchief to clean my teary eyes.
I handed over the microphone to her, her face was filled with a smile.
"Julio Demirez, I am the luckiest woman on this planet by finding you, the love we share is rare, and I thank God for the day you walked into my life, you complete me, I will make sure, every married moment with, you, I take care of you and all your needs, I love you." She stated as she handed over the microphone to the Reverend.
"Let us give a round of applause to the couple, I almost cried." He said as the whole congregation started clapping.
"So, let us bring out the rings." The Reverend added.
