"You must be Mr. Julio." He said.
"Yes," I replied.
"I am the agent you are waiting for." He said.
We both shook hands.
"Do you like the land?" He asked.
"Sure, I like the land, it is very spacious," I answered.
"Okay, can you pay the price that was in the advert?" He asked.
"Yes, I will," I answered.
"Okay." He muttered.
He placed his briefcase down and brought out a document, he handed over the document to me, I went through the document, all the paperwork were there, I handed back the document to him,
"How are you making payment?" He asked.
"I will give you are check," I responded.
"Okay." He muttered.
I brought out my checkbook from my pocket and wrote him the check, I handed it over to him, he took the check and looked at it, he brought out his cellphone from his pocket,
"Give me a moment." He said raising a finger.
He then called someone, him and the person talked for a couple of minutes, my guess was that he was talking to his bank manager, after he was done with the call, he handed over the document to me,
"Here you go," he said.
"You can sign here and here," he said pointing a signature space on the paper.
"Don't worry about that, I will sign it at home, you just sign your column," I replied.
He took the document and signed the empty columns, he handed over the document to me, he turned back and was about to walk away,
"Sir," I called.
He walked back to me,
"What's the problem?" He asked.
"I wanted to know if you have a good architect?" I answered.
"Sure, I have." He muttered.
He brought out his phone and called out the number of the architect to me, I took the number and stored it,
"Okay, thanks, sir," I said.
He then walked away.
I kept my phone in my pocket and also walked away, after a couple of minutes later, I arrived home, I went into the house, and walked past the living room, Cassandra was not there, so I went upstairs to our bedroom, I saw her laid down on the bed and doing something on her phone,
"Babe, come check this out," I stated.
"What is it?" She asked.
She stood up from the bed and I handed over the document to her, I went through the document.
"Babe, you bought the land for me," she said with tears of joy shown in her eyes.
"Yes, babe," I muttered.
She gave me a tight hug, a few minutes later, we were both seated on the bed,
"I would like for you to talk to an architect,
"So you can be in the process of selecting what you want the restaurant to look like," I stated.
"Alright, babe." She muttered.
I brought out my phone and gave her the architect's number, she took the number down, then she called the architect, they
