Chapter192: plans 1

"I think I'm disturbing your work. I was just gonna go and leave you discuss your business work with your assistant who don't want to share with you the matters with me around."I said and Alex kissed my forehead.

"I'm the boss and if I say you stay, you stay. Whatever I say goes."he said and I smiled at him. How does he became this sweet. He looked at Peter who was now on the verge of crying." Go on what you were gonna say Peter and be wise on how you choose your words here."Alex said and I creased my brows. Choose his words wisely, what's that supposed to mean?

"Well boss, Xavier was not around that day. Andr.... I mean, the guy who shot you was lurking around that place. It's like he was following you that day. I still don't have the full information of who he is working for. He could be working for Fernando but still, he could have been forced to do it. How about you confront him boss?"Peter asked. I'm really confused on what you are talking about. All I know is that they are talking about the shooting but the rest I'm really out of it.

"Peter, are you out of your goddamn mind? I am trying to figure out what the hell is going on and you talking about speaking to him?"Alex yelled and I held his hands to cool him down.

"Honey, calm down."I told him and he looked at me then he took in a deep breath. He then looked at Peter now all calm.

"Okay, Peter, I'll contact you soon. Let me think of something and get out of this place."he said and I immediately looked at him.

"You are getting out of here when you bare fully healed mister and no discussion about that."I said and Alex lifted his hand up that was not inserted with the IV in defense.

"Okay honey. But I'm almost healed already. I can be out within a few days."he said and I glared at him.

"Alex, you just woke up today from a comma and you want to get out of the hospital?"I asked and Peter scoffed. I looked at him lifting a brow at him." You got something to say Peter?"I asked but he lifted his hands up shaking his head. I looked at Alex who lifted his brows at me." What is it?"

"Baby, I'm almost healed. I can go home and extend my healing there. I spoke to Stefan and he said I'm good to go."he said scratching the back of his neck.

I folded my hands below my breast and I looked at him." Oh really? Stefan really said that?"I asked him and he nodded."you know I can detect that lie from a far right? You can't do this Alex. This is about your health honey."I told him and he sighed.

"Okay, you got me. I didn't really talk to Stefan about it but I'm sure he will say I'm better."he said and I shook my head in disagreement.

"Peter, you gotta let your boss heal because I'm not letting him out of this place if he's not fully healed."I said looking at Peter who looked at Alex.

"It's fine Peter."Alex said defeated and I nodded smiling.

"That's like it."I said smiling.

After a week, Alex was out of the hospital and I couldn't argue with him to stay at the hospital anymore because his gunshot wound was healed up already, not really really healed up but it was good.

His parents and grandpa were still in the mansion and I forgot to say, Ocean, my favourite dog was around too. We were at the dining table eating dinner and everyone was around.

"Kimberly, when are we going for shopping?"Alex's mom asked and I looked at her.

"Shopping? What shopping?"Alex asked.

"For the babies' clothes. I can't go back to Los Angeles without doing that."she said and Alex looked at his dad then he lifted his brows at him.

"Honey, it's not safe right now for Kimberly to be roaming outside the city of New York. I thought we talked about this already."Mr Scott said.

"Oh, I forgot about it totally."she said frowning and I held Alex's thigh under the table. He looked at me raising his brows at me as he staffed more food in my plate.

"Your mom is frowning, shouldn't you do something about it?"I wispered to Alex.

"There's nothing we can do. It's not safe outside and that's final, you should understand that baby."he whispered and I pouted.

"Okay fine, but since I can't accompany her, she can go on her own since no one is after her and she will be having bodyguards keeping watch."I suggested out.

"Yeah... I can do that sweetheart."Elizabeth said and I looked at her my eyes wide open. Oops! Did I say my suggestion out loud? Well, I really did.

Alex sighed and then looked at his mom." Okay then."he said and she finally smiled.

"But be careful out there Beth."grandpa warned and I she smiled.

"Dad, my husband will accompany me. Isn't it honey?"she looked at his husband who looked at her confused. 

"Will I? I didn't even agree to this."he whined and grandpa hit him at the back of the head." Dad!!"

"Who argues with his wife on when to go shopping? You are going with her."grandpa said and Mr Scott sighed defeated. 

After dinner Alex took me upstairs to get me to sleep. I was really so worked out because of doing stuff with my mother in law and Melissa before she left with Liam. Well, those two are really being so free but I'm not complaining, Melissa need to be laid instead of spending her time with office work.

Alex tucked Kimberly in her slept and after he was sure she was asleep, he left the room to his study where his dad and grandpa were smoking cigarettes.

"What took you so long?"grandpa asked annoyed.

"I had to tuck Kimberly to sleep."he answered coldly and he sat in the couch looking at the two people, one being their dad and the other his grandfather." So what are we discussing today because the Fool Fernando has already reached my bottom line. He's doing shitty business in some if my territories just as I predicted he would."Alex said.

"What about his son?"grandpa asked.

"That guy is sly. He's unpredictable but it looks like he's not doing shit with his dad and apparently he is the one who has Andrew shoot me. I even thought it was Fernando but it appeared it was Xavier. That motherfucker just want me to suffer and I'm not gonna let him do any other thing to me or the people I care about."Alex said leaning his head in the couch.

"No matter how you say Andrew was forced into shooting you, I still think Andy is a stupid man. Who the hell does that to a homie?"Alex's dad asked blowing smoke in the air and the tobacco smell spread in the room.

"Xavier just want to see how he can control my friends. You know he doesn't know about him killing my sister but soon he will because I've had enough time to make mega plans on how to deal with him. As for his dad, he is gonna end up dead somewhere because I can't have anyone threatening my wife's life and my two kids now."Alex said and the men in the room looked at him proudly.

"Why hadn't you thought about this before?"his grandfather asked.

"I think me getting shot gave me a lot of time to meditate and come up with serious solutions. I also want to destroy that information that Kimberly can access. I don't want anyone else after my wife. The problem is accessing it. That's one thing I haven't thought through."Alex said.
