Sebastien Edmondo is the CEO of EBC, the biggest company in Pineville. He is the most wanted eligible bachelor in town. He always appear mysterious to the media and they couldn't much information about him, they only released what he let out to them about himself, so they didn't even get the chance to see him because he always busy away from the public eye.


Raina had always wanted to secure a job at EBC, she even did her internship at EBC, so her chances would be higher. Raina successfully secured her job at EBC, but she didn't know that working in her dream company would be filled with turbulence and she also didn't know that an accident one day will make her discover that her CEO, the man she had a crush on the day she met him, is a Vampire.

"Miss Raina, our deadline is close soon, you have to submit your design."

I turned to the design collector and smiled, "I'll do it soon, I had a busy weekend."

"The festival will happen tomorrow, we need designs sent immediately to finalize everything." She said.

She twisted her brows in annoyance, her hair was packed into a tight bun, and he outfit was extremely tight like a party gown, she wore stilettos that made her taller than she looked.

"Please make sure you'll submit it." She turned and left my cubicle angrily.

I rubbed my forehead in annoyance, the party was fun and dangerous, it was fun at first till the vampires came.

He didn't say much but I knew there was trouble when he took me home when the vampires came, I was lagging behind in my work because of my partying with Lyn recently.

I opened my laptop and started working on my design, I was very serious with my work when I wanted to be, so I designed everything I was given to immediately.

I huffed when I finished the design, I arranged my gown and went to the design collector department.

"Here comes the design department slut." I stilled when I entered the department, I turned to the direction of the voice.

I ignored her, she came to the design department newly and have been throwing jabs at me.

I submitted the file and waited for my approval.

"Of course you won't answer, because you have the CEO's sister as your backbone here." Everyone turned when she talked again. I was so embarrassed, I blinked away the tears I felt coming. One thing I hated the most was people lying against me and making me an object of attention in the wrong way.

"Stop being insolent, Benise." Mrs Jureal said.

"But I'm saying the truth." Benise said venomously.

"I'm done cross-checking your work, you did really well, more than I expected at the time, I came to you to finish it up, you're really talented in designing as the CEO said." Mrs Jureal said, I blushed slightly because of the compliment.

"I'm sure she didn't do that on her own." I turned to her and looked her up and down.

"Ma'am can I go?" I asked Mrs Jureal.

"Ignoring me won't change the fact that you're a slut, looking for the CEO's attention through his sister." She said smugly.

I walked closer to her and looked her up and down, she shifted slightly, "answering you won't change that fact that you're a lazy person admitted through your connections and can't even do any work here" I said.

Everyone turned to her and gasped, I knew she got in through her parents connection from Lyn, she kept sucking up to Lyn who ignored her, she transferred her anger to me.

"How dare you?" She shouted in anger.

"I'm sure you know it's the truth, I don't sugarcoat words or provoke people without cause or reason." I replied, "everyone here in the office knows this as facts." I added with a smirk.

Her face stilled and she came closer to me and I raised my eyebrows in question, she adjusted her clothe and left the office.

I left the office too, going back to my cubicle, the office was really getting hectic and annoying these days with her working here, her friends in the office were always throwing jabs at me. Evelyn and Daniella always replied them, I ignored them, I was done ignoring them.
