Chapter Seventeen

I'm stepping out now. Why don't you check, maybe Albert would like to complete what you guys started. Or maybe some other client might wanna tear that pussy up as you beg him to not stop just like you do all of us.

For the first time, she actually heard sadness in his voice and not anger. All she had feared was now manifesting. Her happiness cut short.

She hoped all this would not affect their new deal. She couldn't imagine loosing on both both ends.

Ray was gone now, she was left by her self. She climbed into the bed as she rested her back on the big  frame of the bed. Her chin rested on her knee as she wrapped her hands around her legs.

She started to cry. She sobbed so much that her eyes became red and she was now having a head ache.

What had she done? Was this the end of her almost new found love? Would Ray ever forgive her? What if he now despised her that he wouldn't want to see her again.

What would happen to her job? Her job she loved so much. Even though she was sure that a good percentage of why she loved the job was because of Ray.

Because of their little affair. Because they shared a certain level of intimacy that was definitely more what should be called an affair. She got off the bed as she took the heavy dinner gown off her.

She went into the shower, turning it on. The warm water had ran down from her hair to her body, she shut her eyes. oh how she remembered their last encounter in a bathroom.

She had sucked his dick and he came. Oh how she loved everything they did that very day. She slowly ran her hand over her hair repeatedly with her eyes still closed.

His pinkish dick was all she could see with her eyes shut. How she gagged on his big hard cock.

The memory was brought alive in her head, she almost felt him there. She had opened her eyes and it was just her in the shower. She was disappointed as she rubbed her hand over her curly hair as the shower still ran down.  And If it wasn't for the shower, one would have seen the tear drop. She began to cry again.

She was wrapped in the thick hotel robe as she went to the window looking out. Not that she expected to see Ray but she didn't mind if he was there.

Oh her sweet Ray. How she had hurt him. How she had let him down.

She moved to the bed as she curdled back to her previous position. She picked up her phone that was on the bed as she saw lots of missed calls and message notifications.

She dropped the phone as she wondered when all that missed calls happened as she never heard her phone ring. Tears rolled down her cheek as her mind lingered around all she might lose if Ray didn't forgive her.

She had somehow fallen asleep there, waking up around 3am to find out that Ray wasn't still back.

So this is actually not a dream. She muttered.  This is real, this is my life. I fucked it up. She continued.

She had finally gone through her phone as the missed calls was from Lang and an unsaved London Number. She didn't give anyone here her number, so she was a little lost by who it could be. It was probably too late to return Lang's call, but will be doing that at dawn.

She called Ray severally, but no answer. She texted, asking where he was and if he was okay but still, no answer. She was worried but she knew not a single place in London so she just waited, hoping he would return soon.

Ray was out in the club all night. He would have loved to say that he was having fun or even feeling like he was supposed to feel in a club, but he wasn't.

Well, not until he said good bye to his sobriety. He was high due to alcohol and surprising he had taken a few pills. He wanted and needed to get over himself, get over the scene he had seen that night.

He use to hear so much about women and how the could con their way into things, but he never thought to be the one it would hit. Not Ray, not Raymond Blazzer!

He was feeling buzzed now and he loved it. The music was louder than usual, exactly what he needed. Maybe he would stop hearing all the things his head was telling him.

A particular lady had sat beside him, but he paid the women no attention that night because he was still under the wrath of a one of them. He signaled his driver as he came, they made their way outside and they were soon on their way back to the hotel.

He wished she had maybe left or gone back to Canada because he didn't want to see her or even share a bed with her.

Albert had been buzzing him all night but he wasn't in the mood to speak to the man who literally put him in this state.

He got Back to the hotel slightly past four AM. He entered as he saw his nightmare cuddled on the bed and very wide awake.

He was too tired as he pulled his shirt right away before collapsing on the bed. She said nothing to him and that was exactly what he wanted. Besides what could she possibly say, she was caught in 4k, so her little magic powers of a perfect lier won't work tonight. Not on this case.

He wrapped himself in the duvet as he noticed her moving so he could get enough of the thick duvet.

Ray, I know you must have alot on your head. But if you would let me explain how everything really is, maybe you could pretend to be in my shoes for a slight second.

First of all, pretending is your department not mine. Secondly I wear a size 14. I would never be able to be your shoes.

I would love to sleep now. If you would let me.

It didn't take up to 10 minutes before she discovered that he had actually slept. He looked drunk, he oozed of alcohol, so she could tell he needed that sleep. She stared at him sleep, even if this man's words to her was Dark and unfair. His face on the other hand looked angelic. He was beautiful, he was a beautiful man.

She slid into the duvet and back to her worries as she fell asleep.

She had woken up past eight in the morning, but Ray was no where close to her. For a man who was drunk and slept very late, he was expected to still be in bed as he would be tired.

But no, Ray was never tired, always ready to roll out of bed and into the days activity.

She had picked up her phone, returning Lang's call. She told Lang everything as she noticed how Lang was simply star struck.

Lang didn't/couldn't speak after she finished narrating the whole story.

Yea, I know I'm a bitch. Amanda said as she wanted to shoot herself first before Lang did.

Wait he called you a whore!? Lang asked as her tone indicated shock.

Was that all she picked out as wrong from her story?

And an escort!? She added in a pitched tone.

Yea, but I deserved it all, all the name calling. Amanda said.

Look, though you were on the wrong, you don't deserve to be outed like that by a man we both know how much you care about.

Amanda started to feel pity for her self. Her eyes became teary, but she didn't want to cry. Not again this morning.

Hey, hey. Can you hear me? Lang was asking through the phone.

Yea. She answered. If Lang was not too upset by Ray calling her a whore, she would have noticed the tremble of her voice and maybe realized how sad the situation made her feel.

You don't deserve any of that. Lang assured her.

If he continues to treat you this way, maybe you should come back here. Lang suggested.

I don't know how possible that can be, but if anything doesn't change, maybe I can let him know that I would like to be going back.

Yea, you should Lang responded.

They had spoken for a few more minutes before they bid each other good bye.

She left the bed, going to the mirror and she noticed how bad she looked and how slightly swollen her eyes and face was due to her sobbing the night before.

Ray planned meeting Albert as they would discuss the way forward for the deal. It was either he had a little more work here or he would be going back as soon as possible.

Raymond had arrived Emazon head quarters as he went through the newly adjusted deal. It had been adjusted and ........
