I jumped in fear when the door bust open 

“ Stop barging inside my room Carl”i yelled at my brother angrily 

“Uncle Dante is here” he yelled back and I rushed into the bathroom to freshen up

Uncle Dante was my favorite because he was always around whenever my father would go long trips,He call me his favorite too and have secretly been teaching her how to shoot,I know my father won’t be happy when he hears that ,its me and Dante’s secret and I don’t intend on telling anyone else he said his going to stop if i tell. 

After i freshened up,I quickly rushed downstairs 

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY “ Everyone yelled and my jaw dropped 

I turned to my Father and saw him holding a huge gift box and my mom was holding a huge pink princess cake ,i hated pink but I’m

A cold night

Roberta shaw could not believe she was sleeping on her desk.

The alarm beeped repeatedly until she woke up  the station was busy and they all the others were working not minding her as they did,

She raised her head "oh God " she rushed out and rushed back in grabbed her car keys and rushed to her car and drove home  she could not imagine that she forgot,

She did not want to think about it it would make her feel worse.

As she parked at the front of her house and then she dropped down without closing the car door the engine was still running.

She called her daughter, who did not answer

Her husband did" she has gone to school you shouldn't worry just go pick her up later and talk to her.

Sam, I am sorry she said looking apologetically at her husband who seemed nonchalant about the situation.

I am used to it dear, I  signed up for this when I married you but your daughter did not

And besides, you know I can take care of you right if you quit your job ".

I know he said raising his both hands up in defense

As moved backward he used his left hand took his bag, and made his way to the door

Remember to pick her up he said as she adjusted his suit.

He was late but he did want to see his wife s face.

He did not like how she was always working and messing up the time with their only daughter, he wondered why she worked as he provided all she needed but he knew speaking about it would cause a civil war so he only talked about it on some few days and when he did he made sure t was days she might think of considering.

He did not mind her much as he had a lot of space to frolic with other ladies

It was normal as he worked in a casino  one 9f the biggest in New York and which he manages,

He has been working there since he was twenty-two and nowhere is forty he remembered meeting her in that casino when she came snooping around for his boss.

It was a rather awkward day as they both kept talking and soon afterward he had talked her into being his wife

And now he has grown into a mess  as her job has usurped all her time,

Sam turned on his radio he did not like thinking much about such soon he would be in his place of work and his secretary would help him forget.

As he got in front of the "royal casino "

He hoped Antonio was not coming in today he needed his free time and space lots of it as he walked through the front he said his hi's and hellos as he went upstairs to his office.

The casino was the same building his boss stayed at,

The top stretched high into a luxury hotel

And the hotel housed guests and also those who were business associates of his boss like several other casinos owned by his boss all he knew was his job and any detail of everything.
