Chapter eighty five

Roberta shaw was on her desk or was night already and many files where on her table , too many missing people in the past months and they all had relationships with either the vicentes and Antonio , it was not surprising but she needed more evidence to bring them in for questioning.

And also she had been collaborating with the federal bureau of investigation to nab these guys and by these guys she meant the mafia in New York.

But first she wanted the one which was her head ache

She relished the thought of doing that but Antonio was clean as a fiddle and he did not have even a parking ticket tied to his name 

She hated that Sam did not want to leave working for him but there was nothing she could do about it.

They quarreled often about it , he wanted her to leave her job and she wanted him to leave his job.

And so they made the house uncomfortable for Debbie their only daughter.

She would make everything right by putting Antonio behind bars.

She felt one stone would kill two birds , she wanted her husband to give her information on him but he would not , that was why she hated his job more.

She knew he was doing it for them but she wanted to nail Antonio down.

They don't talk anymore she and sam that was the reason she was always here at work and she did not ask for a divorce as she knew it would be the last straw that would break her daughter, also she knew about his philandering and she did not confront him because she knew it would be hard for things to be better between them.

But she did not want sam to be toes to Antonio when his organisation goes to shit 

She wanted to be the one to close the case so she could save her husband even though she knew he was hopelessly loyal to Antonio.

She saw a message it was Peter he was the one who tipped her about the missing people in the dojo.

The text read ,I have found the address where the fight would be raking place.

Why did he not just text it , this moron 

Oh she sighed picked her keys and stood up from her desk , in a fish to go out only to be stopped by Harold her boss 

Where are you off to roberta he said as he walked from his office and moved towards her desk.

He wanted to tell her to drop the case Antonio was disturbing him but he could not tell her that, he could not tell her he was working for the man she was after, all he had to do was fustrate her until she stopped and closed the case.

You would be staying here for the week , miss vicente said you had been harassing her about the death of mike.

We all know who did it 

Common Harold that girl is being dragged into her grandfathers business and soon going to be an eye sore for us over here we can either deal with her now or later .
