Kenneth dale enters his house and aliens throws him a boat load of questions why they have the media all around their gates ,it is bad for the kids you know that she says to him.

What do you want me to do ,I can't send them all away he yells at her and sears on the cushion ,with a bottle of whisky in his hand and a glass filled with ice in the other hand 

And as he poured the whiskey into the glass ,and began to drink Rom it he a knock on the door and  and he walks up to the door to meet the police on the door .

Hello my name is detective Susan ,her badge was hanging on her neck, and you are under arrest for the death of Mr Hernandez ,anything you say or do will be used against you on the court of law .

She says all in one breath as she pulls the senator and handcuffs him and they walk to the cop car ,he was just numb with shock .

They better have something good against him was all that rang in his head .

He knew aliens would call his lawyer so he did not bother to ask her to .

They allowed the media to take a few photos before eroding him to the station for questioning 

Susan knew he did not know that the man had a daughter who was home the night he shot Mr Hernandez and the girl had narrated to them all that happen from the unset 

And a woman had come to bribe her father before today and now she would all piece it all together carefully ,as she had done in minutes after she found his handkerchief which he had forgotten where he sat with his initials .

She nearly did not believe the twelve year old until she found that piece of evidence .

And at the station they found the gun on him when they were turning his things in .

And she went to ballistics with it and verified the billed belonged to the gun .

The case was so simple that Susan Shelby knew that it was a case that would get her a promotion so she worked the case carefully ,not to make a mistake .

Alisha called the lawyer and then she called mason to tell him .

Mason rushed from bed straight to the station to be slapped with his brothers misdeeds in the face .

Alisha too was arrested that same day for hit and run .

After her husband had told the truth .

Kenneth and mason talked and Kenneth telethon to take care of his kids as he told mason that the masterworks transfer his accounts to him for now.

The lawyer had come in earlier and Kenneth had told him to do all that before his case got to court.

Mason drove back to the house and stayed with his niece and nephew,he knew amber would come find him h errr re once she was done with whatever she went out to do.
