I jumped in fear when the door bust open 

“ Stop barging inside my room Carl”i yelled at my brother angrily 

“Uncle Dante is here” he yelled back and I rushed into the bathroom to freshen up

Uncle Dante was my favorite because he was always around whenever my father would go long trips,He call me his favorite too and have secretly been teaching her how to shoot,I know my father won’t be happy when he hears that ,its me and Dante’s secret and I don’t intend on telling anyone else he said his going to stop if i tell. 

After i freshened up,I quickly rushed downstairs

Amber was now getting stronger,she was able to move around now properly on her own even with the bandages on .she could count the days in her mind as she etched her plans and waited patiently

She heard the phone ring and she new mason would not call her just like that from the hospital if there was no problem .

As she picked up her phone ,she asked for what he would say

Instantly he began"Briggs called ,he told me your uncle came to visit him during lunch today.

And from the way he talked, he sounds scared.

Hope you are well and fine,I mean safe he added.

There was silence on the other end amber Eastbourne she wanted to tell him yet but she had to since his life is also on the line and she had caused it .

She had put his life in danger ,but it was necessary,she needed the scents off her and also enough time to gather facts about her uncle .

She had instructed him to hire someone and watch her uncle which he detective did with so much efficiency .

Now she knew  he was going to kill her brother and she would stop him ,she had a plan in her head .

What should we do about him now ,since he got to Briggs it would not be long before he comes to snoop around me .

"Yes i know that, we  will be ready ,and I want him to know i am alive and you will tell him where to find me" she says .

You can't be serious ,he us going to come and finish the job!

He sighs admitting defeat,she won this time again.

He knew she wasn't bluffing if she asked him to come ,she has a plan in motion after the two hung up ,mason was expectant of what is to come .

But it did not happen that way ,Dante did not show up and mason was relieved .

But amber knew he was studying mason ,she did not tell him,it was the element of surprise that would make Dante believe him .

Mason was running diagnostic on his patients ,and the day was getting longer than he had expected it to be .

He checked the files and it was just three remaining,after this he thought to himself he would go home and let the other doctors take over ,he had run an extra shift which was night too.

He  called his secretary to allow the next patient in .

He would not be able to sleep for hours because of this stress.....
