Chapter 60

"... So you are trying to say that you have been under the care of Eros for three to four years without us the upper gods knowing about it?" The god of war ask, while the other gods discuss among themselves.

"Yep!" Soul answered.

".. great king of Olympus, you know the punishment given to any god who associate themselves with demons right?" The god of war turn to Zeus and ask. 

".. what are you trying to say god of war?" Zeus ask him.

"I am trying to say that Eros, the god of love kept a demon with him for over three years without us knowing and he needs to be severely punish for that." The god of war stated.

"Wait! Please don't punish Eros he did nothing wrong." Soul spoke out.

"..He kept a demon like you with him for years...and any upper god who associate himself with a demon even for a day is given a very painful punishment." The god of war added.

".. but i was not a demon when Eros took him in those years. So you can't punish him!" Soul revealed, and the upper gods were stunned even more by her revelation.

"Wait can she be the woman goddess Aphrodite was talking about?" The goddess of Justice spoke out. 

"...no it can't be! That woman was the reincarnation of Dusa remember? This one look noting like her." The god of wine spoke out.

"..I am the reincarnation of goddess Dusa!" Soul said to him. "... can't you see the resemblance?" Soul ask him.

"...I am sick and tired of your lies woman, demon or goddess. Now i will make sure you die!" The god of war said, and conjure up one of his countless spirit weapon. 

He conjured up a axe.

"...that is a huge axe." Soul said to him after seeing the large axe appear in his hands. 

"You think we are fools!? You think you can just show up here and waste our time with your lies. Well, let me tell you something! If my fellow gods can'tt see through your tricks, i can see through them perfectly and this time i will make sure your head falls out of your head...!" The god of war said, and raise up his axe. 

He wants to attack Soul with it.

"Yeah! Shouldn't we stop him? What if what that woman is saying is the true? What if she is really the reincarnation of the goddess of lust, and was also spent by the goddess of fate?...the portal she came through from haven't still close up, and that means they might be more people coming out soon." The goddess of wildlife added her own opinion. 

"..we should stop the execution of someone who is related to that outcast goddess? Really?" The god of wine, who was now resting his body ontop of his spirit animal ask her.

"...just because she might be the reincarnation of the goddess of lust doesn't mean that she is also evil like her." The goddess of wildlife stated.

"..Yea right!" The god of the sun spoke out.

"When the goddess of lust first came to Olympus, we all thought she was going to be as righteous as her sister, and the mother of fate. But what happened? She fell inlove with that demon son and try to try the choas pearl. We manage to stop her but somehow she was brought back to life, and she created the pearl again. Now! Hades is here with the pearl in his arms, and will likely burst through the gates of Olympus with it and try to kill us all with it." The god of the sun said, and look at Soul.

"..so, if this woman is really the reincarnation of the goddess of lust, we have to kill her now! She is evil!" The god of the sun added.

".. Hahahaha! You hear what they are saying about you right? It's time you die." The god of war said.

"Okay! But wait a moment! You are the god of war right?" Soul ask him.

"Yes! I am the great god of war!" He answered. 

"Why were you even given that title? Do you represent war?" Soul ask him.

"I was given that title because i have conquer countless great wars." The god of war answered.

"... just that?" Soul ask him, and her question made him really angry. 

"Why are you suddenly asking me these questions? Are you trying to delay your death?!" The god of war angrily ask him.

"Yeah! Something like that." She answered.

'something like that?'

"... what do you mean?" The god of war ask her. 

"Well, i was actually thinking of which spirit weapon i should use and defect you, as we talk just now. I was not trying to delay my death or anything like that..." Soul said and then brought out the fans the mother of fate gave to her.

All the upper and medium gods who could clearly see the fans in soul's hands were all curious to know were Soul got the fans from. 

"...Hey! Strange girl! Where did you get that fan from? it's majestic and i want to have it." The god of wine spoke out. 

"..oh this! The mother of fate gave it to me." Soul revealed.

"Are you telling the true? Did the great mother of fate who they say have been resting for millions of year gave you that fan and beast?" Zeus ask her. 

"Yes! She did. She also gave me, Eros, Aphrodite, Dusa, and Zadre gifts before we left." Soul revealed again. 

"Left where?" The goddess of Justice ask her.

"...we all left the mother of fate resting place... Together. But they ain't here yet i wondered why?" Soul said and look at the portal. 

"...if what you are saying even true, they you actually get to see the true form of the mother of fate?" The goddess of wildlife ask her. 

"Yes! I did see the true form of mother! It was a giant...." Soul was about to describe the mother of fate appearance to them, but the god of war Interrupts her.

"Shut up lying demon!" The god of war shouted at Soul. 

"A demon who was under the care of Eros for years can never go to the mother of fate resting place. It's impossible!" The god of war yells at her. 

"... How many times will i tell you? I am not a demon! And Eros did not take in a demon, he took in a human a human not a demon!" Soul made it clear to him.

"WHAT?!" All the upper gods shouted. 

"She is a human?" 

"If she is a mortal, why do i sense a powerful godly Aura around her?" 

"She just healed her wounds faster than any of us, so that means she is not a human, but a goddess... Right?" 

"What have become of this universe? Can a human now have the powers of a goddess just like that?" 

All the gods loudly discuss with themselves.

"Hahaha! You think you just made everything right?" The god of war ask Soul and began laughing.

"...you just made things even worst for yourself and that love god." The stopped laughing and said to her. 

"...so you are a human?" Zeus ask her. 

"I was..." She immediately answered him.

"..i was once a human, till the mother of fate made me one of her descendants and appoint me as the goddess of kindness." Soul revealed, but her words anger the god of war." 

"Lies! Lies! LIES!" The god of war yells, and throw out out some attacks at soul, who had already let her guard down.

"Yes! It's going to touch her now, and end all her showboating!" The god of war said in his mind as he was watch his attack fly straight at Soul.

"STOP!" A man's voice comes out of the portal, and then multiple arrows shots followed. 

The hundreds of arrows that came out of the portal went straight to the god of war, and some of them manage to counter the attacks he sent at her Soul before it could touch her. 

"AHHH! You dare attack me with arrows?!" The god of war shouted, as he struggles to hit off some of the arrows shot at him. 

He even hits some with his sword and they sent to the upper gods standing behind him, but they all easily catch the arrows with their bare hands before any of it could touch them. 

Well, the god of war was not too lucky because some of the arrows manage to touch hit him in his arms, chest and neck.

",..Eros! Eros! Is that you?" Soul shouted after seeing the arrows. 

"..INDEED!" He answered, and jump out of the portal with his golden bow in his hand. 

"Eros!" Soul shouted excitedly as she see him come out of the portal. 

"Soul!" He calls out her name, and move close to her.

They both hugged and hold each other hands, while the whole upper gods watch in shock.

"Why are you so emotional right now? Is it because of the way i jumped out of the portal? My entrance was unexpected right?" Eros ask her.

"...Nooo! I was worried about you. You were in there for a long time!" Soul said to him, and he was shock by she said.

"Long time? I was just behind you." Eros quietly said, and look at the portal. 

"..goddess Aphrodite, Dusa and even Zadre haven't still come out of the portal." Soul revealed.
