After Arial left Jo's house, she wanted to stay but Jo persuaded her to attend to her official duties, that he had many people that will take care of him.

Jo's Butler hurried over to him, he was sitting on his favourite chair, looking vindictive.

"Have you sent people to get him?" he asked with an arched eyebrow, his Butler nodded tentatively.

Lucas stood before a man looking furious, he raised his hand.

"Dad?!" he muttered, looking pursue.

Lucas was slapped once again, his lips curled up, looking aggrieved.

"you idiot, I feel like killing you!" he yelled at Lucas, clasped his neck, and tightened his grip on his neck, looking murderously and gritting his teeth.

Fear crept into Lucas, he had never been beaten by his father nor had he ever seen him looking so angry.

"I.." he stuttered, not knowing how he had infuriated his father to the extent of him wanting to beat him up.

"You want to ruin the company!" he hollered at him, letting go of choking his son to death.

Lucas staggered, his feet wobbling and his eyes reddened from coughing profusely, he took a long breath and turned to his father.

"I don't kno.." before he could finish his statement.

He got kicked at his leg,  "why did you try kidnapping Joseph Bill, do you know if his father knows about this, you will be sued and he will surely make sure our company cease to exist in NY?" his father said, feeling emotional, his eyes teared up.

Lucas was stunned, he stared at his father mouth open after hearing what he said.

He quickly fell on his knees "I didn't know, dad, I was thinking..."

His father swatted his hands away from holding his trouser, he glared at him.

"I will kill you, if anything happens to the company" he threatened and walked away, ignoring him.

Lucas knelt helplessly, not knowing how to redeem what he has done.

He decided to leave the company, he came out of it.

Suddenly, tyres screeched loudly, before he could take any action, the van door was pulled open, and a burly man darted towards him

he was knocked out by the butt of a gun, before the company securities, could get an understanding of the situation and open fire.

Lucas was already carried into the car, they shot rapidly at the van, but it was bulletproofed.

"Fuck! Boss, is gonna kill us" the Chief security said, standing helpless with a gun in his hand, he sighed and turned around.
