Chapter Fifty Four

*Third person Pov* *Mature language ahead*

"And he just went like fifty shades of grey and my knees immediately gave way, thank goodness I was already seated on the sofa, I would have fallen flat on my face, or ass" Elena narrated, using a deep when she said the fifty shades of grey voice to mimic that of the person she was talking about, the person she was conversing with was paying rapt attention, while still steering the wheel.

" Ooh, I am sure you guys had a really steamy session after that, I mean, fifty shades of grey is not child's play, come in, tell me what happened next" Katie whined, intrigued by the story she was hearing.

Elena sighed," Do not be too excited, nothing really happened, and we did not watch Fifty shades of grey, either my expression or something else about me deterred him from going ahead with the plan, I mean, I almost passed out, we did end up watching titanic, with me being more interested in it than he was, but we enjoyed it together nonetheless. " 

Katie sighed," nothing quite as romantically heartbreaking as watching titanic together" she dabbed at the corners of her eye as if she was touched.

" You are such a drama queen, you know that?" Elena smiled and her face lighted up.

" Now that I think about it, you look brighter these days, your face is glowing so much, like someone that has been getting some really good D" Katie teased, but Elena blushed uncontrollably and slapped her in the arm.

"You are one to talk about dick? I do not think so, plus, you have been glowing and shining more than I, your eyes are just twinkling." Elena complimented.

" You have such a cute blush, and also a dirty mind, I was only just talking about Vitamin D, you know, not what you were thinking" Katie teased.

" Hey! Don't lie, you and I both know that you were not talking about Vitamin D or any other vitamin for that matter, your mind is dirtier than mine, mind you" Elena muttered, audible enough for Katie to hear.

Katie let out a snicker, "But then again, you have been getting some good dick, haven't you?" She wiggled her eyebrows in a suggestive manner.

" No! We have not even gone that far…yet" She muttered the last word in a low tone, almost as if she was embarrassed to say it. Katie burst out laughing and then when she stopped she looked at Elena's face with a dead serious look, "Wait, you are really serious right now, why? What exactly is stopping you guys from doing the deed? I'm dead confused right now."

" Hey, do not say it like that, I mean, nothing is stopping us from doing it, and I trust him to be sincere with me about the health issues, so don't give me that look, it's just that, I am not yet ready to do that, that is all" Elena replied, rubbing the back of her neck.

"You have to do it one day though, so just have that at the back of your mind and stop being so scared" Katie smiled reassuringly.

"I am not scared….okay, I am, but now won't I be, when just his kisses are enough to make me swoon and forget my name, then to talk of going all the way, I would probably disappear from the face of the earth as a result of inflaming passion." Her face turned red. 

Katie looked at her for a moment and then another and burst out laughing, "So, you are not ready to do that yet, is that it?"

"I mean, I trust him and all, but you know, I am still really scared and unprepared". Elena confessed.

" You have to do it one day, you know that right, or have you not thought about that yet?" Katie focused her gaze on the road and kept her face neutral.

"I know, I mean, he has been very patient with me and all, and is not behaving like a sex-crazed maniac, he has control over his urges and is very responsible, I'm sure he is not having sexual relations with other women, that is prohibited in the contract, I do not want to frustrate him… sexually" Elena's face contorted into one of concern.

" Well, I guess" But Katie was not guessing anything, she knew that the Boss used to have intercourse with multiple women, in fact, they used to flock to him, begging to be laid, just to have a taste of him, and he obliged. Women of high class, women of elite families and societies, begging to just have a feel of him, even though they knew that it would be purely emotionless and without any connection or bonds, they were eager, but all that had ended around the time that Elena came into the picture, but she did not know that for sure, after all, he was the President of LSC Groups, a formidable man whose ways could not be tracked or investigated.

"So…what do you think I should do," Elena asked.

"I think you should wait for the right time, the time where you would be most comfortable to do that" She advised.

" But I feel as though I am depriving him of his right..or something like that" Elena mused.

" I think you have the right to deprive him of it..even if it is a little bit longer, I may have a completely execrable sex life, but I at least know that having sex with someone should come with a feeling of warmth, happiness, and intimacy, unless that person is a fling or one night stand, even at that, sex should not be followed by a detached and disconnected feeling, so you and your partner should wait for the right time where the two of you would be most comfortable, that is what is advisable," Katie explained and Elena looked at her in awe.

"Enlighten me more Oh Divine Teacher! Your follower is willing to learn more. When did you even become a professional sex educationist, you seem pretty knowledgeable about the pros and cons of intercourse and the mysteries surrounding it" Elena teased.

"The things we do for the masses," Katie said dramatically, "You can tease me all you want, but I know that my advice will prove to be more useful than not" she finished.

 A moment of silence reigned in the car. And then suddenly Elena perked up from whatever thought she had been contemplating and looked eagerly at Katie.

" May I ask you something?"

Katie eyed her side profile and waited a second before answering. 

"Do you even have to ask me that? Of course, you can go ahead and say something, what's up with all the courtesy?" Katie replied.

"Do you think I will fit in?" Elena queried, looking worried, lines creasing her forehead to show her level of anxiety.

"Fit in? What the hell are you talking about, you are going to do just fine, you are getting nervous for nothing, the other girls there are pretty unknown in the acting industry, this is the first venture for them too, just like you, you are a B list model and this is your first acting venture, this adventure reality Tv show is going to boost your acting career, there is nothing to worry about" Katie assured rolling her eyes at Elena then facing the road once more.

"Yeah, right. It is stupid to be so nervous, but I still am. I feel somewhat uneasy about something but I do not know what" Elena said, fidgeting.

" Oh hell no girl, you are going to be just fine, it's just a meeting, you knew this would take place when you decided to audition for this reality show, it's going to be lots of fun, and you get to make a lot of friends too, the only person that you seem to have gotten close to is Harry, and Harry is a man, you cannot share everything with him" Katie pointed out.

"First of all, that is a stereotype, I can share what I want to share with him if I want to. Second of all, I have you, why do I need more friends, I mean there is Azalea and Annette, I do not need anymore, you lot are enough for me" Elena pouted.

" Whatever you say, just know that you have to be on your best behavior," Katie instructed.

" Okay." Elena nodded.

" We are here" Katie pulled over in the garage of a penthouse.

" Is the meeting taking place here?" Elena asked confused.

" Yes, the meeting is taking place here" Katie replied not sparing a glance at Elena.

"But this is a penthouse, why is the meeting taking place here," Elena asked, still confused.

"Because you will have to live here with your fellow housemates on the weekends, so you guys need to get used to the feel of the place, or did you think that you will just have to stay at home and relax?" Katie asked.

" I understand, No more questions," Elena muttered, still feeling jittery.

Katie sensing her discomfort immediately jumped to the rescue, " come on, it's going to be fine" she assured with a hand placed firmly on Elena's shoulder, thus reassuring her and making her feel better instantly.

" If that is the case, what are we waiting for then, Don't we have a meeting to attend?" Elena announced, suddenly getting a surge of courage.

"Sure, after you ma'am" Katie gestured, earning an eye roll from Elena.

" You know what?" Elena said.

" What!" Katie was tired of all the guesswork.

" Fuck the nerves, I am going to go in there like the boss that I am," Elena said and opened the door immediately after, strutting out as though she owned the place.

"Now that's the spirit!" Katie smiled at her retreating back and made to join the woman who was already at the entrance.

The interior design of the house was set on the cool side with cool colors. The curtains were a beige color, and the rugs were a nice brown color, the wooden table was polished such that the brown color shone, accentuating the rugs and the rest of the wooden furniture. The table had a crescent shape and was placed in the middle of the room, directly opposite a well furnished wall, that had a very beautiful painting on it, there was a large television set in the room and a very comfortable sofa.

At the table were sitting three women, two Blondies and a brunette whom Elena had only seen during auditions, there were three girls and all their eyes were focused on Elena as she strutted in, It took almost all of Elena's resolve to hold her head high and walk to the table without falling over herself, almost.

She settled at the edge of the crescent table and looked into three pairs of twinkling eyes, that were actively sizing her up, her heart raced and she instinctively turned to look at Katie who had chosen not to sit down.

"Hi, I am Elena" She took the first step, it surprisingly helped calm her nerves down a little bit.

"Hey, I'm Eva" The brunette smiled, showing an excellent set of white teeth.

"I'm Willow," Said the first blondie unsmiling, she was sitting directly opposite Elena, now that Elena looked at it closely, her hair was dyed, and the ends were growing out.

"I'm Tara" The third girl smiled, showing off two beautiful dimples on her cheeks, her eyes seemed to twinkle when she smiled and Elena could not help but smile along with her.

"Nice to meet you all" she squirmed in her seat, as Willow sent her a look, " But, why are we the only ones here? Didn't the requirements include six participants?" Elena asked.

"Yes, but they don't seem to be here yet" Willow replied, at least she was trying her best to be polite, Elena thought.

"And it is really disrespectful of them to be this late, the meeting was supposed to commence five minutes ago, but neither the remaining participants nor the crew is present here." Eva ranted, and Elena totally agreed with her. 

They stayed brooding for some minutes and Elena zoned out a little, thinking about more pressing matters, only to be brought out of her trance by the voice of a woman.

"Hello guys, hope we have not kept you waiting for too long" The voice belonged to a tall tanned woman, she sat down on a chair next to Willow who did not seem pleased in the least bit, "My name is Lori, nice to meet you".

Elena introduced herself and so did the others, the two men who chose not to sit were Ryan and Adrian. When the Six of them were settled, the men had taken their place on the plush sofa and Katie was at the far end of the room. The large television set came on and a woman appeared on TV, she introduced herself as the head producer, her name was Amy, she took them through the process, congratulating them on their successful entry into the show, the winner of the show would land a lead role in the newest movie that was to be produced at the end of the show.

"This means war" Elena muttered, such that only she heard what she said, but every contestant in the room was thinking the same thing, they could not afford to fail, they had to make themselves lovable and appealing to the audience, they needed the lead role in the movie that would be produced, Elena needed it to because she had to work her way to the top, she was very interested in acting and modeling, one was already well on its way, but she still needed to groom the other, she could have it the easy way and just ask Lorenzo to put her through, but her self respect and dignity held her back, he had shown her the way, she had to make her path.

"So what do the runner-ups get" Asked willow, still putting on the serious expression that seem to be a part of her.

"Nothing" Amy replied pointedly.

"So the winner gets all the goodies and the runner-up gets nothing?" Tara asked, clearly pitted against the idea.

" Yes, that is exactly what is going on. But I would not say that the runner-ups get nothing, everyone that is participating in this show is getting publicity, that is enough to take someone far" Amy explained.

" And as you know, this is an adventure Reality Tv show and you all are required to perform tasks and all that, so I guarantee that you will have lots of fun on this show, we support you and the audience support you too." She finished and the Television set went off, signaling the end of the virtual meeting.

" Well fuck!" That was Lori.
