Untitled Chapter.

I looked at Lorenzo's art and my stomach coiled, he had real talent, raw unbridled talent. It was beautiful, almost blindingly perfect, save for a few mistakes here and there.

"What do you think" He asked.

"Oh, it's okay, almost perfect, save for a few mistakes here and here" I pointed to the mistakes and his jaw tightened in contemplation, scanning the black and red rose he just finished painting.

" I see" he said, then added after a pause "I suppose you know a whole lot about art" He angled his head, studying me.

"You did not look at my resumé did you?" I asked raising a brow at him and he smirked.

"You caught me" He raised his arms, poised in surrender, I smirked.

" Well apparently, I am freakishly good at artwork, I should be since my mom was an artist, I picked up a few points, but it just naturally came to me, it is one of the few things I'm naturally good at, nothing much" I said.

"Figures, and you did not just pick a few points, you must be genuinely good to be able to point out my mistakes so easily, not many people can do that" he said.

" Maybe because there is not many mistakes to point out" I offered.

" So what do you think?" He asked and I looked at him, no trace of the mighty CEO in his face, just a regular artist, looking for praise for his work.

"It's ethereal" I smiled.
