'So what type of Organisation is the Tower Association, miss' Asked Arthur.

'The Tower Association is an Organisation that is created by all the Heaven Rank Empire combined from the universe to manage the World Tower on every planet in the universe. The main objective of the Tower Association is to prevent the world tower from being manipulated and controlled by some powerful families or groups for themselves. 'Of course ' then she called another girl with green hair and a beautiful face.

'Yes, Miss Lily ' said Lisa then she gesture politely towards Arthur to follow him.

Arthur followed lisa towards the lift then entered the lift and saw lisa press B3 button then the lift started going down. Arthur was shocked that they were going down that means they are going underground and Arthur was not shocked by the fact that they were going underground he was shocked by the fact that these people built all this in one night.

It took a few seconds for them to reach their destination. Then Arthur entered what it looked like a hall with 10 doors with one desk and one chair on which a middle aged man was sitting.

'Uncle Stebin, i have brought someone for the registration. ' said lisa with a smile.

'oh , Someone is already here for registration. Listen young man there are few things you need to understand. First you have to be a body Tempting cultivator. Second you have to be at least 16 years old and the third thing is that you can give this test 3 times if you can't pass after 3 tries you will be banned for 3 years from giving this test. ' Yes there are some benefits for passing tier 2 and tier 3. For passing tier 2 you will get 20% discount on all the products from the Tower and For passing tier 3 you will get a room full of privacy while buying or selling something and will also get a 40% discount on all products.' Said Stebin

'I see then i would like to try tier 3 Sir Stebin' said Arthur

'but i would like to warn you that the death toll is 8 out of 10. Do you still want to try' Asked Stebin with a serious expression

'Yes' said Arthur with determination

'Do you not feel fear for your life' asked Stebin because he wanted to test this young man will and determination.

'Nothing grows in fear expect for fear. Sir Stebin' said Arthur

'Hahaha i like your spirit Young friend. I like brave people like you. Come i will take you to where your test will be held ' said Stebin then walked towards a door with number 10 written on it.

'Here, defeat the monsters behind this door to pass your test' said Stebin

'Monsters?' asked Arthur in confusion

'Yes monster, they are called dire wolf and both are mid body Tempting realm but can defeat a peak body Tempting cultivator if the attack together. So you need to be careful young Friend Arthur' said Stebin.

After that Arthur entered the room. The room looks big enough to dodge and run in case if situation get worsen. Then Arthur saw two figures staring at him in anger. They were bigger than average Wolf's they were about 2m in height and 5m in length. With long and sharp teeth and has an intimating aura. There was a black and a white colour Wolf's.

They charged at Arthur the moment they saw him.

It took them a few seconds to reach him. they were fast enough to dodge an arrow but for Arthur they were slow and Arthur felt that he could easily dodge them.

" Is it because I have a higher cultivation level than them " though Arthur

The first one to reach at him was the black wolf. And the wolf attack his left shoulder with his left paw.

Arthur easily dodge that attack by moving to his right at the same time slash his sword towards the wolf. The swing his sword very fast so the black wolf couldn't dodge and was heavily injured in one move.

Arthur attacked the black wolf again and cut his head.

The white wolf got angry when she saw her partner die and rushed recklessly towards Arthur while Howling.

Arthur also rushed towards the wolf with the intention to finish this fight faster. Arthur was faster and stronger than the wolf.

Arthur got to the wolf first then punched towards the wolf with his fist because he wanted to see how strong his punch was. the wolf was sent flying back and landed 10m away. Arthur punch breaks the wolfs skull.

so the white wolf also died after struggling for a minute.

Arthur was not injured but got some scratches here and there after that he exited his room.

'You're done so soon ' asked lisa when she saw him leave the room only after few minutes of entering

'Yes it went well. Where is sir Stebin ' asked Arthur when he saw that Stebin was not there.

'He left because he thought that it will take minimum 1 hour. But he told me to take you to him when you finished your test ' said lisa

'Then please take me to him ' said Arthur then lisa starts walking towards the lift. Then press 6 button. The tower Association helix city branch have only 6 floors and the branchmaster is on 6th floor. After few seconds they reach 6th floor then left the lift and then lisa knock the door of Stebin office.

Inside the room Stebin just got to his office and was about to start his work on his computer when he heard someone knocked on his office door.

'Come in ' said Stebin.

Then lisa entered the room with Arthur. Stebin was shocked when he saw that Arthur completed his test so soon. Because he couldn't exit the test room without completing the test if he fails to complete his test then his body would automatically be teleported outside by the array.

'You completed your test already. Did you get a strength type talent for you to defeat the wolves who can defeat a peak body Tempting cultivator if they attack together. ' Asked Stebin.

' Yes this is the silver points that you can use in the Tower Association on any planet that have Tower Association. ' said Stebin

' What type of things can i buy from the store ' Asked Arthur.

Then takes out a bronze tablet from his inventory then give it to Arthur and said

' Here, this is the bronze colour tablet that you can use to buy things from the store online and it will deliver in 1 day if in the same planet. There are four types of tablets: copper colour tablet, bronze colour tablet, silver colour tablet and gold colour tablet. The copper colour tablet is the tablet that you will get with the WTA card and for bronze colour tablet you need buy for 1000 GP(gold point) and as for silver colour tablet you can't buy that only with money you need to reach a rank higher then golden core realm and some connections as well and only Qi condensation and higher realm can buy bronze colour tablet as for gold colour tablet only supreme master and the 10 elders can give to someone and there are only 100s of these tablets not more than than 1000 of those tablets in the universe ' said Arthur

' What are the benefits of those different colours ' asked Arthur

'The main benefits are auctions that the Tower Association holds. The tower Association holds a copper auction every week, twice a bronze auction a year and a silver auction every 50 years. The last time the silver auction was held was 45 years ago. In the next 5 years there will be another silver auction. ' said Stebin

' And the second benifits is that with copper colour tablet you can only order things from this world and some nearby worlds only but with bronze colour tablet you can order things anywhere from your galaxy and with silver colour tablet you can order from nearby galaxy also and it will take maximum 1 month depending on the distance and with gold colour tablet you can buy things from all over the universe. There are other benefits such as you can make guild if you get a bronze colour tablet and higher ' said Stebin

At the time lisa entered the Stebin office with a card and a copper colour tablet.
