Chapter 16 : Harry Request and Proposal

' That's not a problem ' Harry said with a smile then looked at the device. He was stunned as soon as he saw that Arthur was at Stage 2 of Qi Gathering Realm because he knew about this world was recently promoted to Low Rank World form unranked world's.

" How is this possible, he could reach Stage 2 this soon. It took me more than 2 months to reach Qi Gathering stage 2 from Qi Gathering stage 1 even with his Earth Rank talent. " he thought in shock. He's was already passed 80 when he reached Qi Condensation now he's 180 years of at 4 stage of Qi Condensation Realm and he have 20% success rate of breaking though to Golden Core Realm.

" He must have atleast MID Sky Rank Talent. It won't take him longer to surpass me " Harry then fell into a deep thought thinking of something. he didn't think that Michael and others would also have Sky Rank Talent because of its rarity. Because Sky Rank Talent can only be found in High Rank World sometimes in Mid Rank World. Even the Top 10 Guilds in Tier 3 Ranking only have Peak Earth Rank Talent. They could never reach soul formation realm without any opportunities Even opportunities won't help a Earth Rank Talent to reach Soul Transformation Realm because of their lifespan.

" Mr Harry, is there anything else we need to do " Arthur asked Harry when he saw that he fell into a deep thought while Michael and other were also looking at him.

' Ah! Yes, i have confirmed your Cultivation Realm and already sent your file to the Guild Association Headquarter. I will take 1 hour to proceed your registration. ' Harry said while snapping out of his thoughts. But he still gave a meaning full look at Arthur.

' do you need anything Mr Harry ' Arthur asked when he saw that Harry was giving him meaning full look.

' haha, you don't have to call me Mr Harry, call me brother Harry or just Harry ' Harry said while laughing.

' Yes, brother Harry ' Arthur said with a smile because he understood that Harry was trying to befriend him.

' Do you have some time, brother Arthur ' Harry asked suddenly with a serious expression.

' Yes i have some time till our registration is processed ' Arthur said while smiling.

' Good let's to the Fairy Inn. It's my treat ' Harry said while taking them towards the entertainment section.

Inside the Fairy Inn, Private Room.

' brother Arthur, can i ask you one Question but you don't have to answer it if you don't want ' Harry asked with a serious expression.

' Please ask brother Harry ' Arthur thought while trying to connect the dots.

' Do you have Sky Rank Talent Brother Arthur. ' Harry asked with some hesitation.

Arthur and other frown when they heard his Question because it was a unwritten rule not to ask about anyone's talent.

' Yes me and my brother have Sky Rank Talents ' Arthur still told him about his and his brother talent because he didn't feel any hostile intents or greed from Harry.

' Haha, brother Arthur the reason I have asked you about your talent is because i have a request and a proposal for you. ' Harry laughed then said in a serious voice.

Arthur sigh of relief when he heard that because even if he doesn't feel any greed from Harry but Harry is still stronger then him.

But his gut feeling was telling him to say the truth.

' What is your request and proposal brother Harry ' Arthur asked with a smile.

' Brother Arthur, I'm also from a Low Rank World like yours but my world was promoted thousands of years ago so it's have been full developed. The strongest person there is the Sect Master of the Sword Devil Sect. He's 2 Stage Golden Core Realm with Peak Earth Rank Talent. Sword Devil Sect is also a Tier 3 guild that's operate like a Sect. My guild is in Top 200 in my world but that's it, we're only a dust of sand in the vast desert called universe. So my request and proposal is the same. I want to integrate my guild into your guild. I will only bring high ranking members if you don't want a large numbers of people. We will also sign book of contract with you to show our sincerity. ' Harry said after making a huge decision because he knew that his guild would never reach Tier 3 in his life because his enemies would never let him breakthrough to Golden Core Realm but if he joins Arthur guild he would have a bright future ahead because he knew that Arthur guild would surely reach Tier 5 or even above.

Arthur was flabbergasted but when he heard Harry's problem then he frown. Even Michael and others were surprised upon hearing his words.

' Are you sure about that Brother Harry and will guild association allow this types of merging between guild ' Arthur asked knowing that a expert at Qi Condensation Realm would surely have enemy's at Qi Condensation Realm which is not good for Arthur for now. And he doesn't even know whether the guild association will allow it because if it's allowed then his guild will directly be promoted to Tier 2.

' Haha, you don't have to worry about my enemies coming to harass you because every newly promoted Low Rank World will get the protection for 100 years from WTA Main Headquarter for it to develop. So as long as you stay inside this world or go to another world that's just been promoted they won't dare to attack openly. And guild association doesn't put restrictions on merging between two guilds because that happened before many times that's the only way for then to surpass their limits. And the reason I'm not inviting you to my guild is because of the 100 years rule. So i can only merge my guild into your guild without breaking any rules. ' Harry said while expectedly looking at Arthur.

Arthur fell into a deep thought that it is indeed a good thing for his guild and his world. It would ensure his and his family safety with a Qi Condensation Realm Expert then there might be more. And he doesn't have to worry about Harry's enemies due to 100 year rule. And Harry even mentioned book of contract to show his sincerity.

' What about the members of your guild, will they agree to the merging, or listening to someone weaker then them ' Arthur put a question to Harry.

' Brother Arthur, you don't have any idea of the chaos that's happening in the outside universe. The Empire doesn't involve itself with everything. There's war for territory, resources, manpower between many races or force's. You can even start the war to conquer your world or other newly promoted world's. But you can only attack other newly promoted world's if you have conquered your world. There are also space pirates that even Empire couldn't do or doesn't do about. My guild members will agree to join because they have seen the chaos outside. Only Tier 6 and higher organisations have some strengths in the universe. ' Harry explain with a face that was extremely gloomy.

' Can you explain me about your guild and it's strength ' Arthur asked.

Harry sigh of relief when he saw that Arthur was showing interest because it's the only way for him and his family to survive in this universe. Arthur might not be a powerhouse but he'll be a powerhouse if doesn't fall half way. Harry was gambling on that.

' As i have said that my guild ranked top 200 among thousands of Tier 2 guilds in my world. There are total of 4 Qi Condensation Realm with me being at stage 4 and the other 3 are vice leader of my guild. One of them is at Qi Gathering Realm stage 3, One at Qi Gathering Realm Stage 2 and the Last one is at Qi Gathering Realm stage 1 that's newly promoted with Peak Earth Rank Talent while the rest have Mid Earth Rank Talent including me. And 400 Qi Gathering Realm with 10 of them at Peak Qi Gathering Realm and the rest of them are at body Tempting Stage with 300 of them at Peak. In total my guild have 5,000 members. ' Harry said while looking at Arthur.

Arthur starts thinking that it's not a weak strength considering their world.

' how long will it take for you members to reach here and what's processing for merging? ' Arthur asked.

' My family members will be here within 6 hours after taking teleportation portal but the rest of the members it would take them 3 days considering settling and they could not all take the teleportation portal with their huge numbers so they have to rent spaceship and with the distance between your planet and our planet it will take them atleast 3 days. ' Harry said excitedly.

' And to merge our guilds, we both needed to submit the application to the guild association then they will merge our guilds including our guilds points and ranking. ' Harry said while beaming with smile.
