Act 6

After breakfast, we go to our room and change into a more comfortable clothes. Done with changing, I go to the kitchen trough the dinning room to prepared a lunch box for the three of us because exploring spend a lot of our energy. I prepared a sandwich, a sausage, a rice ball, a bit of salad and some fruits for dessert. For a drink I just bring two mineral water. As soon as our preparation are done, me, Ian and May go out from the mansion to start exploring.

Yesterday was our first day here and we are so tired from the long journey to get here, we didn't do any kind of exploring. We only decide to explore the area on the second day that we've arrive.

At the mansion.

This mansion it has a three levels but we only has access to two level of the mansion. The stair to the level three was coil with a chain through it's railing so nobody can get there. If you still want to go to the third level you need to climb a ladder that high enough to reach the window or veranda on the third floor.

On each side of the mansion, there was a watch tower. It is much taller than the mansion it self but you can not enter it, the door is also chained and locked similar to the stair that connecting the second and third floor. There is a lot of room in this mansion such as bed rooms, library, art room, music room, dinning room, kitchen, bath rooms/wash rooms, store room, antique room, training hall, weapons storage, wine cellar, ball room, hall, servant quarters and basement.

Before going to the library, Lydia and Carla decide to check the other rooms. They start exploring from the first floor. All of the senior was enjoying them self on the party at lake Yiwa only a few decide to stay at the mansion so the already silent mansion became even much silent and feels more empty.

The rooms on the first floor are training hall, ball rooms, hall, servant quarters, kitchen, dinning room, weapons storage and store rooms. On the first floor, there is a lot of wash rooms and a few bath rooms for the guest to use when they visiting.

Lydia and Carla enter all of the rooms. In the training hall there was a few dummy that was made from wood and iron, an old slash mark was seen on them. After that they enter the weapons room and the only weapon that they found was a few swords and spears made from wood.

"Nice. Even if it just a wood, we can still defend our self with it." Lydia look at Carla " I will let Jake know about it latter" She smiles.

"Great, tell him to bring one with him. I don't feel safe around the seniors, they have been looking at me like I am some kind of food." Carla Said "Even if I act like this, I am not a sl*t. It's like they are looking for an opportunity to separate me from you guys, It is creepy." Carla shudder unconsciously.

"Let's bring a spear with us then, for protection." Lydia grab one of the spear and she try to swing it "it is light enough for me to swing this" Lydia grins.

"With a weapon in hand, let's go explore the other rooms" Carla.

They didn't know that in the next room, they will see something so disturbing even the two of them can't believe if whether it is true or not.

"Let's check the servant quarters, I have never seen one." Carla.

They move to the servant quarters, actually there was a lot of room for the servant but they only check one room. "Wow, this is so in the past. The hard bed and only a side table as a furniture, how did the servant stand this kind of room?" Carla frown when seeing the condition inside.

"This is a standard room for a servant centuries ago. Even if the state are like this, it is consider luxury enough for them at the time. Because they get their own room and didn't need to share with other." the way that Lydia says this, is like she already know it before hand. Weird.

"Where did you get that information, let me borrow that book after this. It's fascinating to study and learn all of this." Carla was motivated to learn more.

Before moving to the second floor, Lydia and Carla want to check this room that was used by the nobles in the past. This particular room called hall was used as a gathering for the nobles to meet and discuss with the land owner of all the problem that occur in the land. It is more like a conference room used in a big company but without the projector, chairs and tables.

After checking the halls, they go to the ball room next. As soon as Lydia open the door to the rooms, Carla was so shock by what was lying on the floor. She even forgot to scream.

There was two people lying on the floor with a pool of blood, the reason why they are in this state was because they're crush by the chandelier. The gender of the people that are crush are unknown, the chandelier cover most of the body. The way Lydia and Carla knows that it was two people who crushed are by looking at the feet , only this part aren't covered by the chandelier.

"Wh. . What is . . . " Carla shutter, she was already trembling by the sight that she just saw. The scent of blood was so thick, that they can even smell it from the entrance of the ball room.

Then from behind, one senior move past Lydia and Carla to enter the room. She look left and right as if searching for something. After looking left and right for a few second, it is like she found what she searching for because there is this smiles in he face. Carla was so scared by the smiles.

She then turn around and walk to Lydia and Carla, "Do not worry junior, this is only a prank." the Senior start to speak, her voice was so soft and pleasing to hear. Her skin are fair white almost pale "You see, I have this boy that I fancy and he's not giving any attention to me at all. We are so closed when in college but after we arrive in this place, he start giving attention to this one girls. I just want to scared him a bit with this prank but I didn't know that it is you two that enter this room first." She added.

After hearing this, it's like there was a spell in her voice. All the fear in Carla vanish in an instant, "Does this boy don't have an eye? No offense but I think he just wasting his times with this other girl, he should just accept you." Carla said but deep in her mind, she confuse as to why she says this because a minute ago she was scared shi*less.

Lydia and Carla leave the ball room after the senior explain what is actually going on. When they leave to get to the second floor, Lydia was behind Carla but because of their position Carla didn't see Lydia face. Lydia was actually smiling, it is like she so amused with what she just saw.
