Act 10

After reaching the mansion, I start coughing then I puke blood. Done with puking, I fainted because I was resisting the negative energy from entering my body that I ended up exhausting my own body. Ian panic at seeing me like this, he scream for help.

Layla and Carla who is in the library at that time rush downstair.

"SEAN!!!! Ian what happen to him?" Carla rush at us.

"Take May, I need to bring Sean to the bed room." I don't know if I should be happy as Ian prioritize me first over May.

Carla with the help of Layla, take May from Ian back. They bring her to the girls bed room. Ian carry me like a princess to the boys bed room. He prepare a warm water for wiping my body, Ian stay by my side as to wait for me to regain my consciousness.

When I gain my consciousness, it is almost midnight. I try to get up but my body feel so heavy and because of the movements that I make, Ian was woken up. He stare at me with an expression that I can't describe. "How did you feel?" Ian ask me.

"Not great, body feels so heavy." I answer, "Can I have something to eat, I am so hungry." I feel my stomach hurt.

"Wait here, I will prepare something for you." Ian get's up then he go down to the kitchen.

"Ian," I call him. "What about May." I was concern about her.

"Do not worry about her, think about your self first." after saying this Ian turn around, close the door then he go down to the kitchen.

While waiting for Ian, I notice that Jake and Noah was sleeping. I get up and walk slowly to the bathroom, I want to wash my self. Maybe I was taking a long time to wash my self because I can hear that Ian are calling my name, I take the towel that was hanging at the bathroom and use it to wrap around my waist.

I go out but I didn't see Ian. Jake and Noah also gone from their bed, I go out from the bed room by wearing only a towel around my waist. "Ian! Jake! Noah!" I yell calling their name. The girl's room was open, 'Did something happen while I shower?' I thought in my head.

I go down the stair to look for my friends. A few second after I yell my friends name, I saw Ian running toward me followed by my other friends. I was so confused. "What hap. . " I didn't even get to finish my questions as Ian already squeeze me in his arms. I blink my eyes as I didn't understand why is this happening but I still hug him back.

Ian was trembling, "Ian, what happen. Where did you all go? Why are you all running?" I rub Ian back. I look at my friends, there are worries in their face.

"Where did you go!?" Ian half yelling at me.

"Sean, where were you? We are so worried about you." Jake also ask me the same question as Ian.

"We are so startled by Ian earlier." Noah looking at me with his anxious face.

"I was so afraid when I saw you faint at the doorstep. What ever that you did in the forest today, don't ever do that again." Carla said, " You and May should stay in the mansion, don't go out. Get some rest." Carla look at me. I just nod at her because she look so scary right now.

May was crying in Lydia embrace, she thought that I was taken by the same shadow that we saw today. Jude just stay silent looking at us all.

"Did it came? Is that why you are hiding?" Ian ask me. He look at me and I saw tears in his eyes.

I shake my head, "No. I was in the bathroom taking a shower." I say in a low voice, so I am the reason why this happen. I feel so blessed having such friends like them. "I am sorry that I didn't wait for you." I lightly grab Ian shirt.

"I thought that I lose you." I heard Ian voice, only the two of us can hear this. I have this strange feeling in my heart after hearing it.

"Can we go to bed now? I am sleepy, it is practically midnight right now." I hear Jude voice. I guess not all of my friend are thoughtful. I sighs.

My other friends look at her with a 'seriously' looks on their face. She ignored their stare as she just walk past us but after a few step she stop, she slightly turn her body. She look at the girls "Carla, just lock the door. I will be sleeping at K's tonight." after saying this, she then climb the stair.

"Are this girl serious?" Carla was confused with Jude attitude.

"I am sorry about this mess but can we go to our room now, I want to put on some clothes as I am only wearing a towel." it is embarrassing to appear before my friends like this as I am actually naked. "It is cold too."

"Let us go, girls don't forget to lock the door. Call us if anything happen." Jake said.

Ian take off his shirt, he then put it on me. I just let him do it. He carry me to the room, "I will carry you, I am afraid that it is still hard for you to walk on your own." Ian then climb the stair leaving my friends behind. Even though it is embarrassing to be carried like this, I still let Ian do it. It is my way of saying sorry to him beside from his voice and the way he speak, he will not take a no as an answer.

"Seriously, the two of them should just date already." Noah was looking at us, "It's hurting my eyes."

'I heard that. Stupid Noah' Me.

"Let them be. They will make it official sooner." Jake hit Noah's head lightly. "Let's go."

At this time, in a certain area in the forest.

There was an altar with a pentagram carving on it. On each of the pentagram five point, there was a people kneeling on each of it. They was blindfolded and their hand was tied to their back. They can't scream because their tongue was cut. In the center of the pentagram stood a shadow casting some unknown incantation.

While casting, the shadow suddenly split into five. Each shadows walk to the people, after reaching them they simultaneously dig the heart out from each body. The five body fell on the altar and their blood flow on the crack of the pentagram carving, each shadow eats the heart that they just dug and after that they then merge back. The negative energy in the air became much thicker.

'37 but I got 5. Now it is only 32 left' the shadow laugh.
