After lunch, Chu You snatched up the job of washing the dishes.
Nian Yuyu didn't wait for her parents to nag and followed him into the kitchen conscientiously.
Holding a cloth, she continuously wiped a small spot next to the sink, watching Chu You's distinct fingers stained with soap bubbles, feeling a twinge of guilt.
"Chu You, this is hard work," Nian Yuyu dropped the cloth and hugged him from behind.
Chu You felt the soft touch on his back, knitted his brows, and in a clear, slightly helpless voice said, "Behave, stop it for now."
Nian Yuyu rested her head on his shoulder, rubbed it a few times, then let go of her hands.
"I've made up my mind," she stated firmly.
"Hm?" Chu You made a curious nasal sound.
"I'm going to buy a dishwasher for the house." Nian Yuyu was resolute for only a second before she glanced quietly towards the kitchen door and lowered her voice.
