Chapter 25 : Heading for the Valley

At the palace

"Emperor the prisoner's have escaped and have fleed Avalon through the woods" a demon soldier stood in the presence of Emperor Garcias as he bowed his head and reported the news

"what how ?" he asked

"we don't know your Majesty" he replied

"hmm i don't want any problems with mu future plan so find them and bring them back" he said

"your Majesty i suggest i go as well they took the royal guards with them so we need to take more men" General Mawson said as he bowed his head

"hmm fine but bring them alive i need to absorb their energy " he said as he turned

"but sire the prince is the light he can put a blow in your plans do you really want him alive" General Mawson asked

"ha the prophecy of the light prince well there wasn't really a prophecy i just didn't want to present any gifts so i made one of my own" he said as he smiled a devilish smile before leaving.

Damien,Alex, Natasha and the rest of the soldiers had already covered half of their journey to the valley as they started approaching the Tridant dynasty which was closer only two more dynasties away from the valley .

Galloping through the city the villagers where suprised as to why there where so many horses

"Alex do you have any cash we would need food " Damien asked

"no i don't but i got valuables "he replied tossing a golden crest to Damien who immediately caught it and galloped in a different direction as he headed for the market while the others still stayed on the path leading towards the valley.

fifteen minutes ago

while at the castle General Mawson had just left with forty demon soldiers as they headed towards the valley he knew that the place was a good hiding spot so he headed towards that place.

present time

Damien had just exchanged the piece of gold with twenty two thousand coins because it was a royal crest with a ruby in ot and those where pretty expensive, As he mounted his horse he headed for the market where he bought only things that where essentially needed like sleeping bags, soaps, and food but as he turned to leave he was shocked as he saw about fifty demon soldiers galloping into the woods where Alex and the rest followed so he got on his horse and galloped after them at the fastest speed he could go but keeping a safe distance. The demon soldiers were able to sense people five miles away so he kept a safe five mile distance as he galloped through the woods passing them and going ahead to warn the others.

At the Valley

"is that the valley" Alex asked looking at the huge seperation between two mountain as they passed through the separation

"yes your Highness we could rest here for a while maybe pass a few days" the soldier who knew the valley said as he got down from the horse and strapping it to a tree as the rest of the crew got down and did the same including Alex and Natasha

as they decided to rest.

"do you think Damien is going to be caught" Natasha asked

"he would be fine no worries and besides he is pretty strong for a low born" he said as he lay his mother on the ground.

Meanwhile Damien had already gotten ahead of the demon soldiers as he rode faster entering the Nakuru dynasty and passing through its street with speed as he rode passed the streets aiming in one direction the woods. Damien didn't know but there where two demon soldiers that where following him going at matching speed as his. After a while they soon caught up as they brought out their weapons and aimed for his head seeing their attack Damien layed flat on his horse as he slowed down letting them pass as he stood up and jumped from the horse as he brought out an electric whip throwing it at the first one aiming for his neck but it was caught as the soldier tried pulling Damien but this time Damien dragged the whip first cutting the hands of the demon but its hands started growing but this time Damien flew towards him

"shid arg frued " Damien said as a bright yellow beam covered his hands as he blew the chest of the demon passing his hand through his chest before pulling it out as he blew him up creating the whip again as he dragged him down hitting him on the ground as he turned the second soldier had shoot a small flame ball at him but Damien used his speed as he dodged it before running towards the soldier who fired several balls of flame as Damien kept dodging them activating his strength spell he blew the guard sending his body back as it collided with a tree but this time Damien used his plant manipulation as he trapped the soldier in the root of a tree before turning and flying straight ahead as he rushed towards the valley.
